    Great Service

    We recently got our windows project completed with Thermo-Bilt. The sales manager, Danny, is one of the most professional sales consultants we have worked with in comparison to other renovations we've done in our home from other companies. He was very informative and we got the best results from a stressful situation. Thermo-Bilt's installation crew was also very professional and did an amazing job with probably the best product in the industry. If anyone is ever thinking of getting their windows replaced, you should definitely use Thermo-Bilt.

    Home Exterior Windows

    Quote process was very thorough. Pre-installation visit to double check the measurements and discuss final window details was reassuring. Large crew arrived and it was amazing how they worked together. Everyone had a job and before we knew it the old windows were out and the installation process began! All 27 windows were installed in a day, even in the month of December. At the end of the day, the Lead went around with us to look at each window, ensured we knew how to open/close and how to remove the window screens. The windows have made a huge difference both aesthetically as well as efficiency. Amazing Canadian company, you won't be disappointed.

    New windows

    Very happy with our new windows. Very good company to deal with. Sales staff, as well as installers, were friendly and hard working. Took care to keep us informed. Made sure to clean up after the job was done. All good!

    New windows

    The technicians did good jobs. The only thing is the consultant for the government rebate should explain more details on how to do the rebate.

    Install new front door and side light

    I have used this company for window replacement and now my front entrance. Professional and top quality products and service is always exceptional. My neighbours have used this company based on my recommendation, while others now are expressing interest in their products for their homes. Highly recommend.

    Remove and install new basement windows

    The crew were excellent, they quickly removed and installed the new windows, great clean up. Obviously experienced and knew what they were doing. No issues so far with the windows. They didnt get a 10 as the communication with the office was not great, yes Covid-19 was happening but I didnt feel they showed initiative in following up.

    Full House Window Replacement

    I have been using this company for many years. My first experience with them was in 2008, when my front door broke and I needed a replacement. After a few years, my family and I were so pleased with the service and overall company that we decided to replace all the windows in our home. I highly recommend!

    Window Replacement

    I had a great experience with Thermo-Bilt Windows & Doors! They have a variety of fantastic designs to pick from. My living room window has become far more functional. Excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism. For the remainder of my windows, I will be choosing this company again!

    10 Windows and Doors replacement

    It was very satisfied with Thermo-Bilt. From quote to installation, they provided professional services to me. Prices are competitive. I'm very happy with the quality of Windows and doors they installed on my house. After changing the new Windows and doors , I can feel they keep my house cool in the very hot weather.
