Was quoted for work in kitchen and bathroom by a large company. The company could not figure out how to fix the issue and rescheduled a number of times. We got fed up waiting and a family member recommended Van Horne. They came quickly and on time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem without issue. They were very professional and personable and their solution was far less drastic and much more reasonably priced than the quote we received from the large company. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

They did a shutoff valve change and gave advice on dealing with a frozen pipe issue.

Nick came in for previous plumbing visit. On his visit he noticed the hot water in our laundry had beeen running constantly, wasting money and costing extra on our monthly water and hydro bills. He promptly came in on time and rectified the issue which should help save us money in the future.

Old air vent piping in attic was corroded and it was leaking condensation down bedroom wall. The air vents required replacing/repair. Arranging this fix was easy. They were prompt and thorough and completed the work in a short time frame for a reasonable price. Pleasant experience.

Really impressed - Nick is extremely professional but still a really nice, friendly guy. He was efficient with the work, used quality parts, and sorted out the problem 100%. He even did a bit extra (putting in a push plug) as a bonus. We’d have him back to do any plumbing work in a second.
