I contacted Van Horne Plumbing to put an 'off/on' switch on a basement laundry sink in compliance with a request from my preferred basement waterproofing company. I also needed a cartridge change on a kitchen sink tap. Both jobs were done with complete transparency, were very carefully executed, and completed in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the polite, professional manner of the technician! Yes, I would highly recommend 'Van Horne Plumbing'.

Upon contacting the company, I received a reply very soon afterward. I sent pictures of the area to be worked on. They were flexible in providing dates for the work to be done that fit into my schedule. Within a week the work was completed. We are very happy with the job they did!

Excellent service from Nick at Van Horne Plumbing. We had new shut offs, sink drains and taps installed. He clearly explained the work needed to be done and described what he was doing while making the repairs. His quote for the work seemed very reasonable, less than another quote we received. The repairs were done efficiently. Great care was taken to keep the area clean and neat. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Nick was prompt, friendly, efficient and helpful. We needed 2 service calls, one to attempt to repair the existing faucet and the second to install a new faucet. I recommend him.

This review is long overdue. In December 2021, we hired Van Horne Plumbing to do a small home-plumbing repair. They were responsive to our request, courteous and very professional. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Nick also directed me to a plumbing supply store where I could buy things to do another small job on my own. I do not hesitate to recommend Van Horne Plumbing for any plumbing jobs.

Nick did such a great job for us on a previous bathroom installation, we had him back to do a 2nd bathroom - not to be disappointed. Nick’s work is excellent - quick, friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

This morning we discovered water dripping profusely from the basement ceiling in several places. The start of the leak was from an old faucet in the powder room above. We called Nick from Van Horne Plumbing as we had used him before. He told us to buy a new faucet and he would be there shortly. Nick solved the problem and worked quickly and expertly. Now I just have to let everything dry out before replacing the drywall. We will continue to use Van Horne Plumbing as needed. Thanks, Nick!

We hired Van Horn Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet. Nick gave me good advice on choosing a new faucet; and they were prompt in coming over and completing the job. He is very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would recommend Van Horn Plumbing to everyone.
