This morning we where happy to see that Andre had returned this year to service our lawn, he did such a very good job last year, explaining to us the reason for this or that and at the same time being so polite and friendly, he took the extra time with us and as seniors that is so important because it is harder for us to keep up with the new products that are in use now. As long time customers it is so good to have a good relationship with our technician and this year again we know that with Andre it will be good. We look forward to another successful year with Weed man and of course Andre who just makes it so pleasant.

Just letting you know our lawn was treated yesterday morning by staff member Chase. I hope the rain storm we had a short time after the application did not effect the application applied. Chase was very polite and courteous.

Weed Man did a very good job. Julio and his other colleague sprayed the weed chemical and also treated the lawn with fertilizer on May 9, 2012. They were very courteous and efficient. One of our newly planted pine tree fell down and Julio erected it again without even asking me. This is great customer service. Keep it up.

I’ve been using WeedMan for quite a number of years now and have always found your technicians to be efficient and courteous, if you could just up the strength of your ‘ Fiesta ‘ product to keep those pesky Lion’s in check and save me the bother of having to dig them out all the time to keep my lawn green instead of yellow it would be fantastic.

We had Ryan doing our lawn today and I wanted to let you know what a good job he did for us. My friend asked him to spray over in the corner of our lawn where we had taken a pond out and he did it with a smile. When it was time to present the invoice, he knocked on the door introduced himself with a smile.

Hello. We had a lawncare treatment yesterday. The Technician was named Tom and he gave us a flyer for a chance to win Free Lawn Care for 2013. He did an excellent job and answered all my husband's questions very well. Tom even gave an extra shot on some dandelions which we really appreciated. He was professional, efficient and very polite.

Tom had called the night before, a service requested by myself due to dog/gate, to advise that he would be at my home the following day (May 8). Tom was working diligently on-site in my backyard when I arrived home. He acknowledged me with a friendly wave and continued his work. This technician is friendly and knowledgeable, with great customer service skills.

I’m been using Weedman now for four or five years. My technician is Jason. I always find your firm to be very responsive whenever I need any special service. Keeping weeds under control has become more difficult since more restrictive legislation has been introduced regarding the lawn care products that may be used. Nevertheless, Weedman does its best to keep my lawn looking good.

We noticed Andre early last week servicing a neighbour across the street. I asked him to quote the service for our lawn and I immediately signed up. Andre weed killed and fertilized my lawn that day (May 3, 2012). My lawn was full of weeds proir to the service. The first treatment killed about half the weeds. I phone yesterday (May 7, 2012), and in less than 24 hours, Andre had returned and completely weed killed again. I am very impressed with the efficiency, and the gracious smile that Andre greets me with at my door.
