Lawn care project
We had purchased our new house in 2020 and the lawn was in very rough shape we were thinking about resodding it until one of our neighbours told us to contact weed away. We hired them to do the lawn and see what happens after about 3 months the lawn looked significantly better we started to change our minds on replacing the grass and stuck with the program to save money. Greg just called me for the 2022 season and I am happy to sign back up for another year and our hopes for the lawn continue as they made a lot of progress last season. Highly recommend the services they provide

Seen a good improveent
I started services with the basic program and we have seen a good improvement with some weeds here and there but Greg managed to get me on the intermediate program which comes with free re-sprays for the weeds and the difference was only $50. We are excited to see the program switch and see how it goes for us as this year on the basic program we were pleasantly surprised with how the grass turned around. recommend their services for anyone who wants to try a company that has a lot of experience servicing grass. glad to give you guys my business thanks.

Jesse, our technician who has been sent out to our yard multiple times is very helpful and always steers us in the right direction. We had a lot of grub damage and Jesse stopped by as we were seeding and soiling the grass where it was brown, he let us know we were putting the soil on too thick and did a small area for us to see. The grass grew in nicely and continued on with the program by fall our grass was fully repaired. We also were recommended to have a winterizer to strengthen the routes which ended up being given to us for free as we signed again for next year.

Good choice
After the last 5 years at our home getting services from weed away we have sold the house and downsized to a smaller lot which we will be obtaining the services in 2023. We trust the company to come to our home and look after the grass as we have never had any issues with the grass and we enjoy having a company that services us come back year after year. Looking for weed control or fertilizer applications for your lawn Weed away would be a good choice to try as we have been pleased.

The Yard this year was fantastic
The yard this year was fantastic. We did have a good amount of rain but the grass overall was healthy looking and had no weeds at all with the applications coming out. Our overall experience with the company has been good and we would recommend the services from weedaway to our friends and family to obtain. The staff and technicians are kind and take the time to answer any questions I had during the season which I liked.

Five Stars
We hired Weed Away to take over from us doing the lawn ourselves as we have always done it. The weeds went away within one spray and our property has never looked better this season. We got to enjoy our yard more and had a couple of compliments from our neighbours. A family run company which in our eyes makes a big difference as one of the sons seems to make a presence and have good conversations with us about our grass.

I finally found a weed-n-feed service that delivers
These guys are awesome! If you are looking for an excellent weed-n-feed service, look no further. Prior to engaging them, my lawn was a mess. Totally overrun by weeds. These guys turned it around completely. Awesome job guys!

Killed most of grass spray applicaiton
We Hired Weed-a-way last year and was quite satisfied with there service. This year was a big year since we were planning a wedding on our property so I top dressed, over-seeded and spent the whole summer making sure the grass was impeccable for the wedding in early September. In late August i called because there were no fertilizer applications since June and the grass was looking like it needed fertilizer and was told that it was being scheduled. Since I was working from home, I observed the application and saw the person spot apply weed killer to weeds and didn't even look at much of the lawn. When I called and asked about fertilizer, i was told the lawn was fertilized as well. I challenged them and told them some areas of the lawn were not even looked at were only spot sprayed. They then sent someone out to spray the whole lawn just prior to the wedding. Thank god it wasn't earlier because whatever they did, it killed the grass. at the time of the wedding, it was just getting yellow but a few weeks later most of it died. I am now in the process of re-sodding the entire lawn.

Visits are inconsistent
I would not recommend this company. It's not acceptable for a weed application to be over 2 months apart. I received one application June 30th and just received my last one September 10th. The invoice they dropped at my door on the 30th of June said they would be returning in 5-6 weeks. Clearly, that didn't happen nor was I informed by phone or even email to indicate that they would not be on time. This is not the kind of customer service I expect. If you going to be late, fine, but at least inform your customer and keep them up to date on what's happening. In the two month period I had so many more weeds grow because Weed-a-Way wasn't there.

Good to deal with people
