    Repair leaky shower fawcet and replace several shut-off valves Oct 25 2010

    Called to have leaky shower fawcet repaired as well as replace several shut-off valves. What I hoped would have been a minor job turned out to be major due to the old plumbing. Job meant breaking through ceramic tiles etc (cement in wall) and replace existing bathtub plumbing. Ralphie kept us informed on costs prior to any work. His work was so good that I did not require anyone to replace/repair the ceramic tiles. When he realized shower job was extensive, he made arrangements for a co-worker to come same day and replace all the shut-offs. Would I call Aviv again? For Sure.

    gasket water leak in main water valve; main floor powder room toilet

    Mr. Rooter was called in to fix a leaking main floor toilet - over $600 later, I had a "screaming" toilet, no water pressure, bad parts. Aviv came in, identified the issue as a toilet replacement, not parts. This should have been done in the first place. A nightmare diagnosed and fixed. Recommended to anyone in the GTA.

    Leaking toilet, broken shower cartridge

    Relying on this site I called Aziz Plumbing at 7:30 am about a leaking toilet and they juggled schedules to have someone here at 9:30. Joseph figured everything out right away, explained the options clearly and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He even solved an unrelated plumbing problem that had plagued us for years. I would highly recommend Aziz to anyone.

    Analysis of flushing issues

    I had problems with the flushing of some of the toilets in the house. The great technician and his understudy came in and provided a thorough review of the issue. The recommendations were on point and much appreciated. I would have them in my home any day. Thx, Denise - Richmond Hill

    Pipe replacement

    We need to replace a pipe that had burst in our ensuite. Aviv gave me a quote over the phone and was much cheaper than the other companies I called for such a simple task. They were very knowledgeable in telling me what had probably caused the burst, and replaced both hot and cold water pipes as it was a matter of time before the other one went. They also took the time to answer some of my other plumbing questions. I will definitely be using Aviv plumbing again!!

    Water Pressure

    Our old house at Pape and O'Connor was built in the 1920's. Due to galvanized pipes, the water pressure was terrible. Mike knew just what to do. He gave us an estimate in writing and completed the job with his crew in one day running new pipes from the meter to the 2nd floor. Now we have the best water pressure in East York. He also repaired our main stack and installed a new hot water tank. Amazing service. Aviv Plumbing rocks !

    COmplete reno in 1 bathroom, new shower & kitchen hardware

    Recommended by one friend and as I spoke to other friends and family, they said "O, we used Aviv Plumbing and they were great". So, as we were moving to a condo that hadn't been lived in for quite awhile and all plumbing was in failing or unuseable condition, Michael & Rafie came to our rescue almost immediately and did a fantastic job, were friendly, neat and left absolutely NO mess what so ever. Worth every dollar we gladly paid and have already referred my mother to contact Michael. I would not hesitate to encourage as many people as possible requiring his services to get in line !! Keep up the good work !

    Garborator repair

    Michael call me back immediately and while on the telephone instructed me to do a troubleshoot. I was able to fix the problem myself in 15 seconds and did not require a home visit. Aviv saved me both time and money. Thank you so very much for your help Michael. I will keep your number and contact it in the future for my plumbing needs and also pass it on to my family and friends. I never thought there were honest people still around and Aviv proved me wrong. He could have made the house visit and billed me for this time, instead, he helped me on the phone for free. Thank you again.

    Kitchen and Bath Renovation

    We are a contractor who had difficulty with a manufacturer steam unit problem. Michael was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem and having it solved. He knows his stuff.

    Plumbing

    Excellent service. Wonderful people. I highly recommend them . It was really a pleasure to meet Mike and Raf and have them work at my house. I greatly appreciated their punctuality and their dedication to doing the best job that is possible
