I was referred to Renato by 3 friends who love him, his crew and his work. He helped me decide on the right furnace, size model for my house. He is an absolute pleasure to speak to. He is engaging, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he also advised me on electrical and fire safety. I'm looking forward to working with him again in the summer when I get my new a/c installed. Also, his price came in 1,000 dollars less than the other quote I received from my usual service company.

Our furnace broke when the weather outside was -23 degrees. I phoned a dozen companies and no one wanted to help me, they were all busy, despite the fact that the temperature in the house was falling each hour by 1 degree . After my call to Renato (thanks Homestars!), he came to me in 15 minutes. He put a lot of effort toward fixing the malfunction of my furnace. It was really a difficult repair and Renato had to put in a lot of effort to really repair my furnace, but he did a great job at dealing with it! I was amazed that after the repair, Renato called me the next day and was inquiring if whether all works well? I have dealt with many servicemen but I’ve never been met with such sincere and genuine customer care. I am very careful in the selection of servicemen, but Renato was a great, knowledgeable and very professional technician. It’s rare that you can meet in a person who is great at what they do, and at the same time make you feel like you are really cared for as a customer. I highly recommend this company. Renato and his people exceeded our expectations in the HVAC installation of our new home. The pricing was very competitive and Renato made sure that we very happy with both the installation and results. Renato also made a point to be on site for all the HVAC inspections even though that was not an inspection requirement nor a part of our contract. We would highly recommend this company as well as his sub-contractor (Slavic).

Renato and Peter did a great job installing a new furnace at our house. He responded to my phone calls quickly and work very efficiently. I would recommend Air Heating Plus to anyone looking to replace their furnace and for regular maintenance.

We had an American Standard Gold 2-Stage furnace installed by Renato back in September (it's now December, I usually wait 90 days before posting reviews). He was very straightforward and didn’t try to upsell us on extra features, expensive thermostats or a super high-end furnace we didn’t need. If you like glossy booklets, quote packages and glamour shots of furnaces call the other 9 and 10-star companies here for quotes. Then you’ll also realize that Renato’s prices are very competitive. The install took longer than expected due to some problems with the thermostat wiring and some water pipes that were in the way of the new furnace exhaust and intake pipes. But in the end everything worked out fine. He even called a few weeks later to make sure everything was working ok. With Renato you really get the impression that he cares that you have a safe, reliable furnace. I was a bit skeptical about all these 10 star reviews, but he really does earn them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and I know who I’ll be calling when it comes time to replace my AC.

I called Renato at 11:15 on a Sunday after waking to a cold house. Renato answered the phone quickly and told me he would come to my house after he had finished a call he was on. He was at my door 85 minutes later and got straight to work. He cleaned my furnace, checked it worked correctly, checked the carbon monoxide levels, checked my vents for air flow and even checked my gas fireplace that had not worked for several years. Renato truly cares about his customers, his work and his reputation. As the owner of PTR Carpentry I meet many tradespeople in the heating and air conditioning business and I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend Renato and will be doing so to all of my customers that are in need of his services. Our furnace broke down on a Saturday morning recently. Called Renato, who had installed our new A/C last summer. Renato said he would be at our house in 15 minutes; he knocked on the door in 10 minutes. Very fast response even though he lives very close to me. We were up and running in less that 30 minutes after a small cleaning of a part of the furnace. What more could you ask for? Thanks, Renato for your wonderful fast service.

Renato did a wonderful job installing our furnace, he explained everything to us, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We had an old furnace that they removed & disposed of. I would highly recommend his company. Great service from the very 1st site visit & even after install.

I would like to thank Renato and Peter for their efficient work-installing a furnace humidifier.They came on time,were pleasant, and at the end explained us how to operate it properly.They did a tune up on the furnace and according to new regulations they had to replace an existing pipe with a new one.That told me that he is up to date with the new regulations and laws,which means better safety for the house.I would recommend them to my friends any time.
