I highly recommend Air Heating Plus Ltd. Renato and his team did a great job with the furnace installation. Renato is a passionate person who truly cares about the customer. I look forward to doing business with him next Apr/May for AC installation.

I had a furnace installed by Renato and his team last Feb and wrote a review (10 stars) . Last month I called Renato to check an issue I thought may of been related to the furnace. Renato answers his phone right away and scheduled to see me the next day. The issue I had was NOT furnace related. The point of this review is to let all know that Renato continues to keep customer service in mind well after the install.

Renato was fantastic! When our furnace broke down we were sure that we would have to wait until Monday morning for the repair, but Renato came out on Sunday morning. He was fast and thorough, talking us through each step of identifying the problem, he had the parts on hand to repair the furnace, and for less than we anticipated. We've found our go-to guy for heat and a/c! Thanks, Renato!

Renato responded quickly to the service call, he was punctual and courteous, and gave great maintenance advice; i'm glad to have been referred to him by Home Stars, and I have recommend him to others.

During the heat wave in the summer of 2013 my air conditioning appeared to not work properly. I contacted Renato from Air Heating Plus at 8:00 am Monday morning to check out a very old unit. Renato tested the unit and determined it needed to be replaced, this is what I expected based on the age of the unit. Air Heating Plus provided very competitive pricing and committed to deliver as fast as they could. With a heat wave going on they had many other jobs already committed to. Renato was able to fit me in between other jobs, perfect coordination of his team. Renato and his team were fast, efficient, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. By 8:00pm I had a new air conditioner and a cool house. There were numerous follow-up calls after the job was completed to ensure I was satisfied and a cool house. It's been a long time since I have worked with a service company that shows they care about their customers. The team is proud of the quality work that they do, right down to having a broom in their hands sweeping the area clean. That's why I would recommend Air Heating Plus. An outstanding company! So when my furnace failed, a call to Renato at Air Heating Plus. Again, great service, pricing, and follow up. Renato and his team are great, competitive, and work very hard to fully satisfy the customer.

Couple of weeks ago, it got pretty chilly. We turned the heat on but realized that the house was still cold. I called Renata on Sep 16 Monday morning. He immediately offered to come, checked and suggested that the motor needs to be replaced. But he also suggested that instead of spending $600 on a new motor, he has a demo one that is very good condition that he will install for $150. He also offered a 2 year warranty so that if we end up buying a new one, he will offset the $150. Splendid and prompt service.

Renato came to our house quickly and gave us a quote for a new furnace. We scheduled the installation, Renato and his crew arrived 10 minutes early. They worked quickly and efficiently installing the new furnace and removing the old. Renato did everything he said he was going to do and the price was exactly as quoted. I would definately recommend Renato for your heating and cooling needs.

Ronato and Peter were extremely knowledgeable, personable and explained everything to us thoroughly. He even inspected other areas in the furnace room and made helpful suggestions. When we're ready to install an AC we will not consider anyone else. Thanks so much!
