Resurfaced front porch and steps
We got to see Otto's Masonry's work first hand because our next door neighbour hired them for the exact same style job. After seeing the finished result, we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we hired them the next day for a similar job. In a nutshell, they removed the old wrought iron railings and then cut and lay Banas coping and flagstone over the existing cement porch and steps. The work by the crew was first rate in terms of craftsmanship as well as being aesthetically pleasing in the design and layout of the flagstone. They were neat, clean and did a very professional job. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future stone projects.

Excellent work by a professional company
I had my front porch repaved and Ottos Masonry did a fantastic job. Otto, Jermaine and Alan were knowledgeable, easy to work with and excellent masons. They were a pleasure to deal with as was John and Marie-Jo. I would highly recommended them. I have received many compliments on my porch!

Chimney rebuild, waterproofing
I have gone to Otto twice in the past year for 2 different masonry and water proofing jobs. The stone masons were respectful, worked hard, put in long days, and cleaned up their area well. The workmanship is amazing. Highly recommend!

Driveway Fix
I've used Otto Masonry service quite a number of times over the past 14 years since purchasing my home. I have always been very satisfied and can't recommend him and his crew enough. Perfection, indeed!

Limestone Door Surround
We highly recommend Otto's Masonry for their expertise, communication, and quality workmanship. Otto and Eckhart did masterful work restoring a limestone door surround on our current project. The work involved the fabrication and installation of new limestone blocks within an existing assembly above a main entryway. The repair was to an architecturally prominent feature of the residence, and Otto's team has great attention to detail and artfully matched their work to the existing stone. Their understanding of structural / substrate requirements for a challenging masonry project was impressive.

Stonework for Basement Walkout
We really had a wonderful experience with Otto Masonary. The office team was responsive and lovely, Otto had some great advice and checked in onsite every day. The two masons doing the work were professional, friendly and respectful of neighbours- and did great work. Project started and finished on time too!

Exterior masonry work and sill replacement
Otto and his team did a wonderful job from the quoting process until the last day. Our turn of the century Victorian needs a lot of restoration work. They replaced sills and fixed areas of crumbling brick. Site was always kept neat and communication was always polite and professional. Their quote stayed true and did a great job matching brick. Theres more work to be done and we will gladly work with them again.

Front steps rebuild
Workmanship is ugly and full of cracks and gaps as evident in photos. Paid in full, promised things will be made right, still waiting half a year later. Will update review if anything changes. I am a very easy going customer, and did not give them a hard time when they severed the underground wire to my street light and could not fix it. I just bought a solar lamp and let it go, mistakes happen. Still hopeful they fix up the workmanship now that the weather is nice. Update: They fixed the parging and filled in gaps, and smoothed the messy looking concrete within the 1yr warranty period. It looks ok now. Glad this project is behind me.

Parging of stone foundation wall and brick pier rebuild
Cant say enough about Ottos Masonry. The team did a great job. They were extremely professional, clean and quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have masonry work done.
