I have been buying parts & service from Totem for over twenty years. Sometimes old parts aren't available but they try to get them, often succeding. They always show up when they say they will. Partsmen, servicemen, and office staff are always helpful. D.I.Y. or full service. I'M NOT THEIR BIGGEST CUSTOMER BUT THEY TREAT ME LIKE I AM.

Fridge was purchased in Aug09 and shipped with a door dented. Besides waiting 4 months to order a replacement door, it took numerous calls to install it. The door handles keeps falling down and Totem is being non-responsive especially Totem's service manager Grant. Service technician Mark made us felt like it was our fault. We paid big$$ for our appliances and simply want them to work.

totem was fast! the man was curteous and timely. he called prior to appointment and let me know that he would be a little late - he arrived exactly when he said he would. he was very tidy - took his shoes off. he knew exactly what the problem was and it was fixed in forty minutes
