    Patio awning

    The service, price and quality of merchandise is impeccable! From the first visit to the last encounter, the experience had been positive. Pablo was very friendly and helpful in introducing the product. The awning was installed smoothly and expeditiously. Alas, only one month into enjoying my beautiful new awning, it was damaged by something not covered under the warranty. Helen and her team was gracious enough to replace the damaged part free of charge! This company goes above and beyond. Customer service excellence!

    Rolltec awnings

    I don't know who would buy an awning anywhere else! The quality of the product surpasses any out there. The service staff is amazing and extremely professional. Helen and her team ensure customer satisfaction. Best investment we've made to this property and being able to say it's a Rolltec awning will add value to our home.

    Patio Awning replacement

    From the initial contact , thru finding the best fit for our application and budget, to the install and removal of the old unit, Helen and her team were professional, patient and resourceful. The install teams' eyebrows went up abit when they found out the install was on a 3rd floor patio with no elevator or stairwell to accomodate the length of the awning.And then they found a way and did their thing. We are pleased with our new awning, and the possibility of installing screens in the future was like icing on the cake..

    2 12' x 10' awnings

    Helen was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very satisfied with the quality of this product and the service we received in choosing our new Rolltec awnings. We would recommend this product to anyone looking for quality awnings at a fair price.

    Awning

    Came to our home, brought samples, explained options well. Good detailed contract. Installation was in timeframe promised. Installers worked in nasty weather and did a very good job. When I didn't like the way the header looked, the company went out of their way to make it right. All communication was handled in a pleasant manner, and I felt appreciated as a customer. Absolutely excellent customer service.

    Awning

    Love my awning that i purchased from them last year. Excellent installation and the best after sales service. Had a small problem after one year. They came back and fixed the problem free of charge. I would rate them 11 out of 10 if I could.

    Awning

    I had purchased and installed the awning directly from Rolltec, There was a minor problem that I discovered after two days: The middle support brace was not levelled with two end-braces. After two phone calls and two e-mails exchanged, their installers came back and fixed the problem. Overall, I am satisfied.

    Awning

    Great decision to purchase our awning from Rolltec. Did our homework, obtained three quotes with which Rolltec was the best price and best quality. They explained the process better than anyone else and the staff from Steve, Allison, Helen their GM to the installers were polite and very professional. The installers were punctual and did great work but when originally installed the sun wasn't out so when used for first time, we felt we could get more coverage if lowered. We asked if it could be adjusted and without any hesitation or issues, Rolltec was back out to move it down for us about 6 inches to our satisfaction. The awning is perfect as was the service from Rolltec. Thanks, Steve and Anita

    Install Awning

    If you're looking for a quality awning and professional service, then you should definitely consider using Rolltec. The service I received from Steve in choosing the awning and fabric, and from Helen in answering my questions, including the timely and professional instalation, were all great!!! Excellent company and product!!!

    Patio Awning

    I had an awning installed over the deck off our second floor master bedroom. The project was challenging because of the height of the wall and because of the molding around the sliding doors, which would not allow the awning to be mounted flush against the brick. Rolltec sent a technincian to assess how the awning could be mounted and then built and mounted a frame to accomodate the awning. I was very pleased with this level of service. Plus, the awning has been a lovely addition to our home. It is as if we have added another room to our house.
