Awning
Did evething by email with the VP; shippement included hood, brackets and even the board to fix it. Since installed, can ask anything by email and got anwser within few minutes. Can't be served better, amazing and best price that I could get for that quality.

Repositioned Awning
We had to reposition the awning due to the deck height. Service was excellent, Oscar and Patrick were professional and courteous. They made sure the awning was aligned and secure as it was when it was originally installed. The product continues to provide the utmost satisfaction.

AWNING
Our 20 year old awning over our deck had become tattered and worn. We saw an advertisement for Rolltec in a flyer that was delivered to our home. We went to the showroom and met Helen who was enthusiastic knowledgeable and professional. She showed us the options and the various materials and patterns available. We placed an order on the spot. The awning was delivered promptly and installed expertly by Oscar assisted by young man named Addie. It was obvious that everyone at Rolltec is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction. A friend also wanted an awning and we recommended Helen at Rolltec. Thank you Helen and Oscar.

Mechanized Awning
Rolltec is amazing. They took their time to walk us through the various options and then helped with the final selection. The staff is courteous, professional and very accomodating. The installation was outstanding. The crew were right on time as promised and were extremely competent and pleasant. Our awning is simply perfect and is one of the best purchases we have ever made. We are now in the market for a large patio umbrella...guess where we're buying it from. No point in shopping around. Rolltec is the best solution...period..

Back deck awning
Update! Service was good at the start. Then the unit failed and the team re-installed the unit last summer. I was told the original installation was not performed properly and needed reinforcing. However, Rolltec still charged me for the fix, standing by their one year warranty on installation. I'm awaiting resolution. Let's see if they make good. Well... they did not. Quibbling over a $500 "make good" job seems to be their specialty. I'll go elsewhere next time, which will be soon as the whole thing is failing. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great service, from consultation and quote to instal and demonstration. Very responsive to queries. Friendly, and professional. The product is great: works perfectly and reliably. Installation team was prompt, fast, efficient and helpful.

9' x 16' Awning
We were looking for an awning for our south facing deck. We went to the showroom and were greeted by the VP who took the time to answer all of our questions and go through several options complete with pricing. The awning was delivered on time and was installed by a very accommodating, professional crew. Even though it was pouring with rain they installed the awning quickly and with good humour. I would highly recommend using Rolltec.

Rolltec Awning
We have had our awning from Rolltec for 4 years. It creates an ambiance and atmosphere that makes our backyard! Thanks to Helen for the excellent customer service and incredible product.

New Valance and removable front valance
Today, I ordered a new valance and a removable valance. We purchased the retractable Awning in May 1996 and this is the first time after 17 years that we had to replace something. Great pruduct !

Awning for home
Fabulous product and service. Great company to deal with. From the ordering process through to installation, Rolltec was very easy to deal with. Very straight forward; a lot of product selection. Terrific people. Would use them again!

backyard awning
In April I saw an advertisement in a home magazine for Rolltec with a 25% savings coupon. On my return from holiday, I went to the showroom and met Helen who showed me the different styles of awnings. We had an old worn awning in need of replacement. My husband had shorten the old one a couple of times over the years reducing its length and strength. On visiting Rolltec the new ones are fabulous looking and easy for me to operate on my own. I returned on Thursday with the measurements and husband, and left with my beautiful new awning. It was that easy. Thank you Rolltec and Helen for your help. My backyard will now look spectacular this summer and for years to come.
