    Backyard Awning

    Amazing customer service from start to finish and the product is by far the very best we have seen. Did a lot of research before choosing Rolltec and it was worth the effort, they now have a life customer in us! Look no further, from sales representation to install technicians, they are true professionals. The fabric is top notch! We will be returning in the years to come. Thank you David for all your help and always making yourself available for questions or concerns.

    Seems to be a high quality product and professionally installed. Not cheap so far seems to be worth it.

    Great service

    From start to finish, getting an awning fitted for the backyard was a pleasure. From Dave the salesman to Rose the Executive administrator, the customer service was excellent. Combine this with a superb product, professionally installed and you know why I say it was a pleasure. Would seriously recommend this company to anyone!!!

    Awning for our deck By Rolltec

    We worked with Rolltec to develop a custom awning to go above our deck. The team was incredible, starting from the initial contact. We received a call during which many options that could work for us were shared. That call was followed by an email with a clear recommendation based on expertise and understanding of our brief. The recommendation included the structural mechanism, options for casing and material options. What made the experience even more amazing was the technical team that showed up to install the awning. Super professional clean and fun to talk to. They did a great job installing the awning, and were particular in how the cabling for the motor was concealed for aesthetics. And the best thing is that Rolltec is Canadian made. We highly recommend Rolltec.

    Retractable Awning

    We are extremely pleased with the quality of the awning we purchased. The estimator provided a full description on the scope of work and based on our selection of features and fabric, he was able to put it all together and the end product is just perfect for our needs. An extra thanks to the installers for their professionalism and expertise, the installation went well without any glitches. Unfortunately we had a bit of a downpour for about 45 minutes, but they waited patiently and resumed with the installation soon after it stopped raining. They provided a tutorial on how to operate the system. We ae very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Frank & Mary

    Awning for my back garden

    This is the second time I have had an awning from Rolltec but in a different place. I now have two awnings on different sides of my house. The old awning is still perfectly fine and the new one I am so happy with. The installation was done and explained to me and all is secure and clean up done as well. I am very happy.

    New awning is awesome

    We had sales reps from 2 leading companies come to measure, recommend and quote, and decided to go with Rolltec and went to their Vaughan showroom to finalize design, colours and sizing. 14 weeks later installation has gone perfectly and the new awning over our entire back patio is awesome. Now we just need to order the shade side panel to provide complete shade when the sun is low in the sky.

    Backyard Awning

    Back of house faces south side and gets very hot in the summer. Trees would not grow in the poor soil. We got a 12x10 retractable awning to cover the kitchen window and the sliding door. Now the house stays cool while I can keep our curtains and windows open. Plus, I can sit and enjoy our patio. We ordered at the star of spring and it was installed for the start of summer. Purchase and installation was a simple process. Thank you for giving us the enjoyment of the summer season.

    Awning Over Back Deck

    We had Rolltec place an awning over a deck in our previous home. It was installed the year we moved in and 12 years later it still looked and worked as well as when new. When we moved into our new home we, again, wanted an awning over the deck. We went right back to Rolltec and are very happy again. The new awning looks great. From the initial contact to get a price through to installation everyone was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I don't anticipate needing another awning for some time but, if that time comes, we will certainly be contacting Rolltec.
