    Awning Purchase

    The ease of this purchase was amazing. On a visit to the showroom, Nick provided indepth knowledge of the product. I picked out a material, but based on the pictures of our house Nick recommended a different material, with an explanation on why it would be a better choice. We took Nick's advice, and the awning looks fantastic. The installers (sorry didn't catch their names) were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable. they took care of all packaging. Great Guys. Appreciated the follow-up from Rose, in booking the appointment for the installation, and then the follow-up reminder. Rolltech is a company that know what great Customer Service is all about and delivers.

    Awning over kitchen sliding doors

    We had an electric awning installed over our living room sliding doors approx 7 years ago. It has worked great ever since. Decided to have one installed over the kitchen sliding doors. Again the work was impeccable. The gentlemen that installed it were great. They even took down the old Cdn Tire torn one that was there. This company is great to work with, and I must thank Helen for all your assistance for finding the same material as the one you installed 7 years ago .

    A roll above a deck

    This company was recommended by my friends , whose place I visited. The guys were punctual, the work had been done quickly and they cleaned after themselves. The instructions were clear and a product easy to use. My whole family is satisfied with a choice and the service.

    Quality product and excellent installation team!

    Terrific team from sales to installation. The timeframe from order to install was 10 weeks. Rose kept us informed on the day and time of the install. On installation day - I must say that Oscar and His assistant helped make the install process effortless for us. They came on time. Every step of the process was explained before the task was done. They left the backyard clean and tidy. Wow!

    Awning over back deck

    Rolltec installed a 16' X 8' black awning over our back deck last summer and it looks amazing. It also helps a lot to cool the adjacent room. They went over and above expectations for me to get a perfect fit. It was more important for them to provide the right solution than to make a few extra bucks, which I really appreciated. Order early! Wait time is significant (but what isn't these days?). I will say that they were perfectly accurate with their estimated time frame for installation. And it was worth the wait.

    Custom Retractable Awning

    Rolltec installed a custom awning with tricky dimensions (10ft wide, 12ft extension) for me. The product is of excellent quality and dealing with Rolltec was a pleasure, they were very responsive throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

    Rolltec Awnings Par Excellence

    Rolltec delivered the most beautiful, best quality awning that is classic and stylish. It was installed by Oscar and his crew who took pride in their work as if it was their own. What a special and wonderful experience. Thank you so much for being there for us.

    New Awning

    We had a Rolltec Awning over our back deck that was installed 25 years ago. We've had good service from them over the past ten years - new fabric, alignment correction. Last year it was clearly time for a new awning and they offered us good options and we ordered with installation done just this week. Installation was very careful and professional. Very pleased.

    Awning over deck

    Wish we had replaced our umbrella over the deck table years ago! Now with the awning everyone can enjoy the shade, and we don't have to block the view by pulling the shades on our window! The awning was installed on schedule quickly by friendly technicians. Thanks!
