Thank you for sharing your experience with us and other potential customers. Im glad you mentioned the telemarketing companies who offer ridiculous low rates. Typically these companies offer poor services with low grade equipment and uneducated staff. Were proving to each of our customers that there is value in spending a little more money and having the service done professionally and properly. They are at your home to provide an honest service and give you honest feedback on your homes HVAC systems condition. We will not recommend a service or product that a consumer doesn't actually need or benefit from just to get that extra dollar. Hi Memo, Thanks for your detailed kind review. Luke has over 15 years in the business and Jeff around 5. They are both lead technicians so you got a great duo that day. Even though teaching our customers how to properly maintain and use their accessories is not in our scope, it is something that we have adopted over the years to be very important. Its all too common to find situations where people have great HVAC equipment installed in their homes will little to no idea on how to use them. Far too often we see this and find it important to teach our customers the importance of running some of these accessories as well as the importance of maintaining them. This ensure they get the best indoor climate possible and also allows them to be confident in their roles as responsible home owners. Once again, Thank you for your review!!!
