Hi Bella, The punctuality of our staff is very important to us as we understand that people live very busy lives these days. I can confidently say that we make 99% of our appointments on time and the odd time we may not would be due to reasons beyond our control. Cleanliness in a home is a big concern of ours as we don't want to burden our customers with the task of having to clean up after us. When a service such as a duct cleaning can cause you to feel so motivated to share your experience it really must have been a great one. Hi Andrea, Cleaning the dryer exhaust is a service that is often neglected by homeowner and often only remembered when it’s causing a problem. As our second most popular service (next to duct cleaning of course) we are very well equipped to professionally clean even the most challenging of systems. Since this is a very routine process for our staff, they are always thinking of the most efficient ways to not only clean the line but to also do it in a way that minimizes the risk of damaging customer property or inconveniencing them in any way.
