I would like to thank Steve who performed maintenance/cleaning on my furnace today. He provided me with important information regarding filters, how my furnace was running etc. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

Andrew and Peter were here to do a new water tank installation. They were prompt, courteous, and explained things to us as they did the job. Excellent work, excellent workers!

Ken, the technician, was very efficient and pleasant. He checked the thermostat and changed the batteries as well as cleaned the furnace and tested all sensors. He also changed the filter and dated the new one.

Received same day service despite calling in after the lunch hour ! The service technician, Kenn, was especially friendly, likeable and courteous. Kenn resolved the issue quickly and checked for other potential issues that may shortly arise. Additionally, he disclosed his "trade secret" to help me resolve the problem if it arose again. Kenn also provided suggestions regarding semi-annual maintenance techniques.

Haven Home Climate Care just upgraded my forced air gas furnace by adding an ElectroAir HEPA/UVC/PCO/VCO Filtration System plus a LifeBreath 99-FlOTHRU Humidifier to help me better cope with 'chronic Rhinitis' (allergies). Both Bill, the sale rep and Andy and Peter, the installation techs were very professional, prompt, courteous and informative. No high pressure at all. In addition the office staff were also pleasant and efficient. Several years ago I had my hot water tank replaced by Haven with the same positive experience. Many thanks to all for a job well done.

I recently moved to the area and have had Haven Home Climate Care out to my house a few times - most recently for a furnace repair and a gasket replacement on my woodstove. I can't say enough good things. They are responsive, polite, thorough, knowledgeable ... everything you could ask for. I"ve signed up for their service plan. Aaron and Cuyler replaced our ducting in our basement, which was done incorrectly when our house was built originally . They were very friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Aaron, Cuyler and Haven Home.
