    Tagged my furnace under dubious circumstances

    Tech refused to show what was wrong, tagged furnace, sales pressured to spend over 20k on new stuff right after.

    Fireplace

    Remote was not working Battery was replaced and switch in side was fixed by service man

    Air Conditioner

    We called about our 3 year old air conditioner that we purchased from Haven Home. We were putting in a service call to have a technician come and fix the problem. Eleanor, the representative who answered the phone walked us through some possible scenarios to fix our A/C problem. Our A/C now works Thanks to Eleanor! Thank you again!

    Air Conditioning

    Great service! Thank you Brian for fixing my a/c during a heat wave! Also thank you to Haven Home for taking my call at 5:30 am regarding my broken air conditioner. They immediately arranged for a technician to come this morning. Cost was covered by my service plan.

    Yearly Service on Heating and Air Conditioning

    I bought my furnace from Haven and for a small monthly fee they service my unit once a year. Always professional and friendly. They send me a reminder and the company really knows the business well.

    Fujitsu wall mounted a/c and heat unit.

    Great installation and product. Arranging service a Checkups appointments can take some time. Busy business. Quite satisfied overall.

    Emergency Furnace Replacement

    Woke up Sunday, late March, no heat. New furnace in place by Monday noon. Warm, better, happy.
