Technician was very thorough. Cleaned and checked each fireplace. The company, however, needs to reduce the time they are contacted and the time they send a technician. We waited three months.

Nick.P. did a great job. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. Nick cleaned up after he was finished and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Nick as a service tech, and he is a great asset to the Haven Home team!

Excellent Work! We needed to replace our gas fireplace and reached out to Haven as they installed our furnace a few years ago (and maintain it every year). Herb was very helpful in showing us the options and providing us a quote - no high pressure sales. Installation took a day and Kenn & Jordan were very courteous and professional and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend the Haven team! Ron.

Our furnace broke down and we place an after hours call to Haven home. In less than 30 mins, a tech by the name Rob showed up. Rob knew what needed to be done and ensured it was done efficiently. Very cool headed and talented individual. I have decided to request for him to come service my home furnace.

Nick performed annual maintenance on our gas stove. He was polite, friendly, efficient and non-intrusive. He wore a mask at all times and reported to us when he was done that there were no issues.
