We’d been searching for the right laminate flooring at the right price for several weeks when we stopped into Deerfoot Carpet & Flooring on a busy Saturday. Debbie S.greeted us with a genuine smile as we walked through the door and once we said that we were just looking, we were left alone to wander. When we were done browsing, we circled back to Debbie, showed her a sample of our cabinetry, and explained that we were having difficulty finding a complimentary laminate. She eagerly pulled a lot of samples, provided pricing points, graciously offered professional advice and listened to our responses. We left with several samples and a renewed sense of optimism. Our follow up questions were answered promptly, and we ordered the perfect product for us at a great price! There was never any sub-text of trying to over-sell us anything, and next time, there will be no running all over town as we’ll just go to Deerfoot Flooring with confidence, knowing that Debbie will take good care of us!

Over the past 5 years we have purchased carpet and lino from Deerfoot carpet with very good sucess. The sales and instalation of our carpet went great, we asked seams to be put in specific areas for wear issues and they had no problem with that, even though it made the job more work.

We had such a great experience with Deerfoot Carpet. We had 2 floors recarpeted and right from the salesman to the installer they were great. It was a fair price as we went all over town to price it out and find exactly what we were looking for. We were so please with the customer service that we are going back to them to purchase and instal carpert on the 3rd level of the house and hardwood.

Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring supply the tiles and installation for our mater bathroom including the tub surround. It looks beautiful . The job was done before the estimated schedule due to the tiles coming in early.

We had an amazing experience with Deerfoot Carpets in the winter of 2010/11. We did a full bsmt development and had carpet and custom tile installed in a bar area and bathroom. The service in the store was very knowledgable , professional and friendly. The installers for both the carpet and tile were very punctual , clean and friendly and did a great job. Our carpet has held up amazing , appears very durable and shows absolutely zero wear after 6 months of traffic. We would recommend this company to anyone looking at getting some flooring work done.....you will not be dissapointed.

From the start our experience at Deerfoot Carpet was enjoyable. The sales staff were knowledgable in the product that they were selling and offered advise on what we were choosing. The installer was clean and professional. We did have to invite them back to do a minor fix and at that time they did not make me feel that they were doing me a favor but were very happy to accomodate me.

The staff at Deerfoot Carpeting and Flooring were excepetionaly helpful and informative. They worked amazingly fast with a very short notice deadline. They were promt and efficient, and worked willing around other trades on an entire flooring package for a 4 level split home that had a quick turn over. When there were issues with the dining room chairs catching on the tile mosiac boarder in the dining room they were back immediately to fix the issue. The tile man actually removed the boarder and replaced it with hand broken mosaic trim to make the floor flush,which looks much better then what was orginally purchased. This company goes out of it way for customer service. I continue to use them and recommend them with much appreciation.

After going to several flooring companies around town, unsatisfied with the customer service, I came across Deerfoot Carpet. Paul G. was just who I had been looking for to help me determine which products we needed that fit into our budget. The installers were just as professional and did an exceptional job, even on curved stairs and installing a new subfloor in some areas for the vinyl flooring. We are just as happy one year later with the products as we were the first day. Thanks!

Everyone has commented on how great my countertops look. It was good value for the money spent. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very accommodating.

I had been trying to match carpet that we already had in our home and was having little luck. Deerfoot Carpet went above and beyond to identify the manufacturer of the carpet that I was trying to match and was able to produce a carpet that was very close in comparison. They were pleasant to deal with and the installation was quick. My only criticism is that upon installation, my baseboards were nicked many times and two large chips were taken out of my baseboards as well.
