When we first entered the store we were greeted by Frank. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained the products, pros and cons and gave us time to make our minds up. He sent us home with samples of carpet and linoleum so we could see how it looked at our home with our paint colors and lighting. We then had someone come over to measure our rooms and a quote was given to us within a few days over the phone by Frank. Our order came in in a timely manner and an istallation date was set. Frank asked us twice to change our installation date. Luckily we were flexible about our dates. Frank forgot our names frequently but other than that he was very professional. The installers were awesome and they did a great job! We were extremely happy with their work except that one corner of the carpet installed near the corner of our stair rail was a bit ripped and couldn't be repaired well enough to our satisfaction. We received a number of nicks in the drywall when they installed the stair carpeting but they gave us a hundred dollars off to have it repaired.

From Sales rep to Installation our experience was excellent. They were helpful, timeley, polite and professional. They did everything including removal of old carpet and assisting us with new baseboards. I have recommended Deerfoot carpet to others.

We really enjoy their texture and quality of the carpet we had installed. The installation wasn't as good as we hoped for though. They made decisions on how to install it in tricky spots without consulting with us which left us with an unsatisfied feeling about that area in the room. It could have been done better if they had asked us what our plan was for that particular spot. Our walls were quite scuffed and banged up leaving us to repaint them.
