    Furnace and humidifier maintenance

    I scheduled a furnace and humidifier regular maintenance with Arpi’s and need a few extra things checked out. My technician, Habte, was incredibly thorough with the maintenance, taking the time to do everything right and even stopping to explain things along the way. I asked him to look into a couple of extra things, and he went above and beyond to address every single question/concern that I had. Not only am I confident that everything was fixed to the highest possible standard, but I also learned a ton of helpful info for managing my HVAC better. On top of all that, he’s an extremely pleasant and friendly guy too. I’d give him 11/10 if I could.

    Heat exchanger cracked

    Vanessa and Leroy were very professional and knowledgeable and determined the cause of my furnace not working fairly quickly. They ordered the parts needed and I await the completion of the job. I would highly recommend them both. Thank you.

    6 yr old furnace repair

    Adam was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that the repair is complete and should not have further issues. He checked all components of my heating system and I have peace of mind knowing my home will stay comfortable throughout the remainder of the winter.

    Thermostat furnace

    Very thorough good communication provided an accurate estimate and very prompt service. Correctly identified the problem in 5 minutes. The choices were well explained with good instructions on how to install the software on my phone

    Annual furnace tune up and humidifier check

    Amazing duo, V and L are excellent service folks. They are knowledgeable and passionate about furnaces. They did an outstanding job. The furnace needed a few adjustments and all checked out great. They are professional, personable and tidy!

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    We’ve used Arpi’s for our heating, AC, and water heating needs for 20 years. Always more than satisfied with their efficiency, honesty, and helpfulness when responding to requests and handling the repair or installation. This week one of our hot water tanks corroded through the bottom one evening. Called Arpi’s that night and our two tanks were replaced and the job completed before 1:00 the following day. Terrific service from Laurri in customer service and Joe and Kevin at our place. Also kudos to Joe for the advice and suggestions following the installation. And in our opinion, all done at a very fair price.

    Furnace service and humidifier repair

    Cody arrived early, was professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our furnace sounded like it was going to be a huge repair bill but after some maintenance, cleaning and a new filter it sounds nice and quiet again. Cody also replaced the solenoid on the humidifier. Everything is running properly and we have peace of mind now that we are on the yearly service program. Very satisfied customer.

    Furnace Board Replaced

    Thanks to MYLES...for his continual professionalism, honesty, & good work ethic. Most appreciated! I’ve been using ARPI’s lately for ‘both’ my Plumbing & Heating need...& I always feel that I’m in ‘good hands’, & that they respect & care for their clients/customers.

    First Rate Furnace Replacement

    When you are having furnace problems in the winter, you often don't have the luxury of much time to get them checked out and resolved. Arpi's was super responsive, professional and competent from the first call to completion of our furnace replacement. This started with a fan and motor problem on our furnace which after diagnosis was determined to be very expensive to fix but could have been done the same day. We needed time to consider and price out our options, so for no added cost, the furnace was put back into temporary working order. After getting a pricing quote from Arpi's and a competitor for identical replacement furnaces, we chose Arpi's because of a huge cost savings and our past excellent experience with Arpi's services. Wthin days, Arpi's team had our new furnace installed and it looks and works great. Thanks to all the Arpi's team including Rob(Service), Kevin (Sales), Joe and Gord (installation).

    Replacing incorrect furnace filters

    At the last annual furnace service in October the wrong replacement filters were left. I have the tech bring the filters so I can replace them in January. Upon starting the replacement procedure I realized that the wrong size filters were left. I called the service department and explained the situation. They had 2 new replacements delivered the next day no questions asked. Great service as always from Arpis!
