    Furnace checkup and repair

    Our technician Fikreyesus Habte did a great job for us today, prompt, friendly, masked for our safety, he not only did his job efficiently, he kept us informed and educated as he went. He gave us good advice, and checked everything over, including our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and informed us of how and when to check/maintain the system to keep us safe. Thank you.

    New furnace & A/C. Yearly check up.

    We had a new furnace & A/C unit installed 2 years ago. We also do the recommended yearly maintenance with Arpi’s. From installation, maintenance and the people you talk to in the office Everyone is incredibly polite and professional. It reminds me of the days of old when this was commonplace. The service you receive is second to none.

    AC issue

    Had an issue with our AC/furnace. Called Arpis on a Saturday and they had a tech on location within a couple hours. Fikreyesus had the problem resolved and ac back working in an hour. Great job

    Replacement HE furnace, Move hot water tank, replace water softener r

    Arpi’s Calgary, Awesome team, Matthew and Jordon, Ryan joined the second day. They worked so well as a team, going above and beyond answering questions. Work performed was left tidy, the best organized furnace room on the block! Even with testing, I had to touch a vent to see if the furnace was running, so quiet. Finally, we have consistent heating in the house. Strongly recommend. Their Project Mgr, Kirk was so helpful with questions before, during and after the install.

    Furnace Service x 2

    Great customer service, always very polite when you call for an appointment - have them come to our house every year for the maintenance & servicing of our two Lennox furnaces that they installed in 2017 and have never had an issue. Very professional service personal and very polite manners always. I would recommend Apri's no problem at all - they have been great since day one of installation to every year when they come to service at our house. Paul & Michelle Bauer, Calgary Alberta.

    Annual Furnace maintenance

    Called the morning of a heavy rain to book an appointment. Turns out due to rain, they had a lot of A/C cancellations. Colette booked me in for same day service. Ryan arrived as scheduled, wore appropriate PPE (COVID) and for cleanliness. Courtesy and professional. Performed annual furnace service. Great service!! Very pleased with both Ryan as a representative of Arpi’s and Arpi’s as a company.

    Furnace Replacement and Air Conditioning Installation

    Arpi’s staff were professional from start to finish. Project Manager Rob and Crew Chief Brandon worked efficiently and effectively to ensure the installation was completed on-time and exactly as agreed to! The Lennox equipment works beautifully and the installation into our 30 year old home fits seamlessly and is top quality. Well done Arpi’s and thank you!

    A/C Installation

    Had several companies quote on the installation of A/C on our 2-storey 1,130 sq ft home. I found going with Arpi's through Costco was the best deal. Everyone involved on the project was very friendly and professional. Rob, the project manager, took the time to carefully review everything and answered all my questions. The installers (Branden and Will) were fantastic; showed up right on time, were very friendly and walked through everything with me before doing the work. Job site was cleaned up nicely afterward and the A/C is working great. Thank you to everyone involved on a job well done!

    Air conditioner valve leaking

    AC was leaking and still under warranty. No issues with Arpi's regarding service or labour. Kent, repairman, came to first assess and then fix it. A big job - 6 hours. Occurred during pandemic. Very professional, neat & clean. Wore mask and gloves at all times. AC fixed. Highly recommend him and Arpi's. Exceptional service.
