    On time

    I had called a plumbing company who advised me every couple hours for 2 days that they were just finishing up and would call when on their way. Third day I called Arpi's at 7:30am, the job was done and I had water again by 9:15am! Showered and back to work, no more days without pay waiting for a company that may or may not show up. That's the way you do it, say you're going to be there and then be there! Thanks James.

    Furnace repair , no heat

    Arpis technician, Jon, repaired my furnace today. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be using Arpis in the future and hope they can send Jon. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

    Furnace Tune Up

    Called Arpi's for a furnace tune up. Rob the service technician was on time, friendly and professional. He was very detailed and takes pride in his work. I was very impressed with his level of service. We will be calling Arpi's again for our furnace tune up and asking for Rob.

    New Furnace Install

    A great big thank you to Arpi's Industries for our New Furnace. Thanks to the installation team and project Manager from Arpi's for doing such a great job. You guys were awesome. Customer service ans satisfaction was their top priority. Thanks again guys.

    Service

    Service tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with how he took the time to explain the issue and make sure I understood my options. No oversell. I would definitely call this company to my home again.

    Hot water tank repair

    Had our hot water tank go. Arpi's sent Scott out to help us. He arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. We were dreading this service call but Scott had our tank up and running again in no time at a very reasonable price. He also gave us some advice with respect to some other fixtures we had that the original installers didn't bother to mention so our system is working better than ever. Would definitely call on Arpi's again.

    Replaced furnace

    We had Seth and Hatem replace our furnace. They arrived on time, completed the work in the estimated time, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions promptly. I was satisfied with the job done and would highly recommend Arpis to anyone. Thanks.

    Furnace Repair

    Furnace quit working at supper on Sunday evening, called Arpis Emergency number and the receptionist indicated that if I could hang on until Monday morning the cost would be less. I appreciated her advice and contacted Arpis first thing Monday morning The receptionist was very helpful and scheduled a technician immediately. The technician Adam arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem to be a faulty blower motor. Adam replaced the motor, cleaned the blower and did a general check of the furnace. Adam was very thorough, explained all he was doing plus my many questions. He was a very personable young man who was a pleasure to deal with. Leon a senior technician came over a few days later to do a courtesy check on the furnace gasses. Leon was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Both are a definite asset to Arpis and my dealing with Arpis was a positive experience and would recommend them for all your furnace needs.

    Furnace Replacement

    Ross and Terry did a great job in replacing my two furnaces on the coldest two days for some time. The installation was very professional and they paid attention to details, anticipating what was desired by the owner. They are a wonderful crew and I am very satisfied with the result!!

    Furnace repair

    Furnace quit on a Sunday, called Monday morning and they had a technician come out right away, diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time at a reasonable price and perform a tuneup to prevent future issues. Stellar friendly service.
