Repair of Lennox furnace that was leaking.
Arpi's representative, RYAN, appeared at my home at exactly 8:00 a.m. the designated time. RYAN was courtesy. Due to covid-19 safety protocol he said he had to maintain a 2 metre distance and wear a mask while in my home. RYAN worked diligently, was fast and efficient in identifying the problem and repaired the broken parts of the furnace. RYAN explained everything to me while standing at a 2 metre distance wearing his mask. He also thanked me for giving Arpi's the business and asked if I needed anything else done. RYAN is an EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVE.

water tank
the boys did an amazing job, I will not hesitate to call Arpis again. Scott and Chris provided exceptional service, they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. thanks to all.

Air conditioner
We have been dealing with Arpi’s for over 32 years since 1988. We really have always gotten complete customer satisfaction and extremely good service and reliability and product dependability. Their technicians who service the job are always very friendly, courteous and professional.

Completion of new furnace install - put pipes up through the roof

Great Service when i needed it
Our Furnace was not blowing hot air. It was late after hours and Arpis Had a technician at our house Within a couple of hours. The technician Vanessa was awesome she checked the furnace found the problem looked for other related issues and fixed the problem. The service the timing was all great.

Heating repair
Very good service. The service person got us booked in right away with a time line that would not leave us without heat for an extended period of time. The Tech called before hand to say how far out they were to the home before arriving. Informative and detailed on the possible issues based on the code showing on the furnace and associated systems. In this time when we have to protect each other from the present issues going on in the world they took the precautions to protect us and themselves. Good job in staying safe for all.

Combi boiler/ tankless water heater install
Dave and Jesse did a great job installing our combi boiler/ tankless water heater. everything looks neat and tidy and we don't run out of hot water anymore. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were done. We would definitely recommend Arpis to our friends and family

Furnace not working properly
Our new furnace wasn’t really giving off heat. Tapis was out the next day - found the issue, made adjustments and now we are up and running. The tech doubled checked everything and gave me great tips to get the best out of our unit. Thanks so very much for coming into our house during these uncertain times. Colleen

Furnace and hot water tank
We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks and appreciation to John and Cameron for the excellent work they did installing our new furnace and hot water tank. From beginning the job on time, to installation of the new products, to careful removal of our old furnace and tank, to taking time to discuss and explain the new mechanism and finally to spotless clean up. The entire process was professionally and expertly done. We would highly recommend John and Cameron and Arpis for their fine performance.

Furnace repair
Parts were changed (2 motors) and all is working well. Vanessa was our technician and she was really efficient and extremely pleasant. All was checked thoroughly and we feel we were well served.
