    Annual furnace inspection and tune-up

    I am a long time Arpi's customer and their tech, Jon, was recently over to do the annual inspection, cleaning and tune-up on my furnace and humidifier. He arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. He fully explained his findings and the adjustments he made. Very pleasant fellow and I highly recommend Arpi's and Jon.

    Emergency service call

    Friday night my furnace was not working. I called and a service tech arrived approx 45 minutes after the call. After much work the furnace was up and running, thank you. The bad news it was only temporary. I have a second service call scheduled to arrive late Sat afternoon.

    HVAC Residential

    I had a comprehensive furnace tuneup and a hot water tank flush done by two techs; Adam & Vanessa. Best techs EVER! Hard working, honest and great communicators. An asset to Arpi’s, and I will definitely ask for them again.

    Annual maintenance

    Arpi's service tech arrived and did an excellent job of performing the annual maintenance on my furnace. I have always had top notch service from them, regardless of which tech was there.

    Furnace repair

    Jacob was very professional and friendly. He did the work in a very efficient manner and offered a couple of suggestions for keeping my furnace operating smoothly Thank you Jacob for your services this morning.

    Furnace repair

    The Arpi’s field tech was professional and courteous. Arpi’s was second furnace repair company I called, as the first company had communicated that I required a new furnace and promptly sent an estimator who provided me with a $5000 quote. Robert did an assessment on our furnace and confirmed that there was some mechanical failure and some parts that needed to be replaced. He had all the parts needed in stock in his service vehicle and installed a CO2 detector for some peace of mind. I would strongly recommend using Arpi’s as a first or second opinion to anybody who has some furnace/ mechanical needs .

    Warranty on furnace

    Vanessa came and replaced some parts for us on warranty. Great job as all is perfect. Very good lady you have working for you. Thank you Vanessa for a job well done. Bob Grabowski

    two furnaces was service

    The TEC. took Appro. 3 hours to service the furnace, it seems that some thing went wrong when he was doing the job, i was a bit concern but did not mention any thing to him, when he finished he told me that their is high reading of co on the out side and will come back soon and get it looked into. I phoned the office the following day and the senior Tec. and James came in the afternoon and get it fixed. I noticed that James added a sleeve on the exterior pipe that is connected to the furnace, that was the furnace was reading high CO. I ask why he put the sleeve and he said that he did not put it. I check my furnace regular, i know the sleeve was added on.

    Furnace inspection and repairs

    Called for annual tune up for two furnaces, one had been cutting out occasionally. Jacob was friendly and knew what he was doing. Was very willing to show and explain what he was checking. Unfortunately had to replace a motor which is very expensive, but service was very good.
