    check 2 furnaces and humidifer

    very satisfied with the servicing.A great deal of time was spent explaining their procedures and recommending advice on how to improving my procedures, such as what type of furnace filters to use. the technician was extremely a pleasure to work with.

    Furnace Install

    Had two furnaces installed at two separate properties by Jason and Brent from Arpi’s. They called ahead, showed up on time and provided prompt professional service during cold weather. Will continue to use this company in the future.

    Furnace replacement

    Rob came to give me a quote and information regarding a new furnace. Very friendly and explained all details. David and Chris came to do the installation. Also very nice and more than helpful. Did an efficient install job and cleaned up completely. Happy to have had them in my house.

    Annual furnace servicing

    Great communication from the tech on ETA, very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions, very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this tech to anyone, respectful of my home.

    Hot water tank installation

    When I realized that my hot water tank was leaking, I called Arpi's and was able to make an appointment without delay. The two technicians who arrived to look at the condition of the old tank, Darryl and Allan, installed a new tank during this appointment. They took the time to explain to me how the tank should be monitored. I appreciated their expertise and the time they took to speak with me. The service they provided was excellent.

    Furnace Inspection

    Technician was on time and friendly. The inspection was quick and I felt that I could trust the technician as he didn't really try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.

    Furnace Reparation

    This time around, ARPIS came to see why my furnace was not heating up. They had been here just a couple weeks back but they came again without a problem. Ray spend at least a couple hours making sure the furnace was working properly and did not charge us the second time around. Incredibly nice and professional guy, took his time and explained the process to me thoroughly. Very happy with this service!

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    William, Rob, Cam and Kevin were an exceptional team and were able to identify a problem, propose several solutions, and apply a series of creative solutions to several difficult obstacles encountered during the install. Been an Arpi’s customer as long as I’ve been a homeowner and have always been extremely pleased with their service and professionalism! Exceptional service and value!

    New Furnace

    Aarpi's took away my old and installed a new furnace with great care and professionalism. They were on time, took care of the floors by laying down drop cloths, and also installed a new air cleaner, thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors. Throughout, Cale and Terry were communicative and diligent. I am so very happy to have a new and working furnace and so very happy to have had this seamless experience with Aarpi's. I also really appreciated their integrated systems - with emails confirming invoices, directions on contacting The City of Calgary for an inspection, and Lennox rebates. SO professional and so confidence-inspiring. Thanks to the whole gang at Aarpi's - Kent, Rob, Shawna, Terry and Cale. (If I missed anyone - sorry!)

    Annual furnace, hot water heater, humidifier and alarm checks.

    Erwin was on time, polite and efficient. In the hour he was here, he showed us the condition of the equipment he replaced. We plan to continue using Arpis and we always ask for Erwin.
