    furnace installation

    Cancelled initial appointment, broken my ceiling tile and didn't say a word about it☹️. They have never come to fix the tile as promised.

    IBC Combi Boiler installation with Upgrades

    I would like to thank Arpi's Industries and their excellent staff for the seamless installation of my new boiler. The installation was done on time with a 10 out of 10 result.

    Hot water heating system service

    The technician was prompt, friendly and very thorough. It is a complicated system and he seemed to know his job well. He explained everything very well. He explained our options clearly.

    Furnace repair, for no flame at the burner

    The tech called me before he arrived. He then checked a few things out and then determined I needed a new control ignition module. I had just replaced that same module two days before (as I am an electrician) and did not expect it to fail in that short period of time. He checked it out with several cycles to ensure it worked properly. After which he conducted some further test on the furance. All was good, he left after payment was made. He did a professional job in quick order, My wife were very satisfied and I would highly recommend Arpis.

    Install new furnace and hot water tank

    The Arpi installers, Dave and Chris, did an excellent job of installing the furnace and hot water tank. They were professional, courteous, and friendly and worked well as a team. It took about 7 hours to get everything done and I am very pleased.

    new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and filter system

    I am extremely happy with the work done by David, Chris and their team. Everything is installed, the furnace room cleaned and I understand how to use everything. I will definitely recommend ARPI's to my family, friends and neighbors.

    Furnace and water tank installation

    I recently upgraded my 25 year old furnace and water tank. I always had my furnace maintained annually by Arpi’s and have always been happy with their service and the technicians I had the pleasure of dealing with. Furnace installation and water tank done on time and in timeline specified. Received valuable information re furnace choices for my consideration from the project manager with no pressure and valuable information regarding provincial energy saving grant and steps to follow. They handle the submission as well vs the customer. Very happy with this purchase and the company and staff a pleasure to work with.

    Furnace replacement

    Overall Matthew and William did an excellent job. They were on time, polite and tried to be unobtrusive as possible. Matthew explained what they were doing during the installation. They both answered any questions I had. I was given a new humidifier pad for free and shown how to install it. When I purchased the house the inspector said I should install a downspout on the pressure relief valve of the hot water tank, I never did, but one the guys did it for me for free. When all was installed Matthew explained maintenance for my new furnace to me and showed my how to use the new thermostat. They left my furnace room floor cleaner than it was before they had arrived. So I was pleased with Arpi's Matthew and William. Great job!

    Annual A/C maintence

    Technician Kevin was prompt and thorough. Even spotted a problem not part of the service (dryer vent related), which has been bugging us for some time know, we just did not know about it. Now all good! Overall communication and service by Arpi’s is great!

    Annual furnace tune-up and inspection

    My technician notified me with the time of his arrival and was right on time. I was so pleased with the technician as he answered my questions about cooler rooms. He discovered that my cold air returns were blocked with furniture which decreases the efficiency of heating those rooms. He inspected all fire and CO2 detectors, plus attached garage door closure. Arpis is such excellent reliable company.
