    Furnace inspection, yearly maintenance

    This for annual furnace warranty inspection. Lee was on time and friendly and performed the job efficiently and in a timely matter

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Scheduled a hot water tank replacement through Costco - Arpi's. Easy to schedule and when Darryl came to do the install he was nothing but professional and efficient. Came within the scheduled time and was done the work well within the time frame given. Wouldn't even know we had the work done other then the brand new tank in the basement. Thank-you!!!!!

    Furnace Replacement

    The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The Arpi's employees were friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would offer is they should show people how to program the Programable Thermostat. The instructions that came with the Thermostat were not very helpful. I figured out how to set it on my second try, but only because I previously had a Programable Thermostat. Someone who had not, especially a Senior, would be lost.

    Poly-b replacement and new hot water tank

    Original poly-b plumbing lines began to fail and after repairs to 2 separate leaks 2 months apart decided to replace all. Good thing as the day the replacement began the line directly above the water tank broke right in front of Trevor, Sam and myself. I am so grateful these two gentlemen were there to handle immediately preventing what would have been a major flood. Trevor and Sam were perfect professionals who worked diligently and completed all the work in less time than quoted. I was totally comfortable with them in my home and felt like family was taking care of me.

    PTU my Furnace

    James Conner was very professional. He called for telling me he was 10 min. late for the appointment, worked approx. 40 min. and sent me an email with the results of the maintenance. He explained to me the convenience of changing the filter each 6 months instead of 1 year. He was very polite and diligent. Thank you very much!

    Furnace maintenance

    Appreciated Arpi's being on time; Vanessa was very pleasant, thorough and provided clear explanations of what was wrong and next steps re new furnace needed. Decided to go with Arpi's and by 1130h I was talking to Craig Dyer and receiving a quote. I am very satisfied and very likely to recommend this company!

    furnace

    Had the yearly check up for our high efficient furnace. The Arpi's representative was very efficient and done an excellent job. I was able to learn a couple of things from him that will help in the future.

    New furnace

    On time, thorough and went above and beyond. Even cleaned my gutter of leaves while up on my roof.

    Furnace yearly service

    Fantastic from start to finish. This was the first yearly service on a furnace installed one year ago. The technician, Vanessa, called before they arrived, they were well within the service window I was given. Vanessa was professional and very helpful. This is the second time I have had this particular tech and would highly recommend her. She had good advice, did not try to upsell and walked me though any adjustments she had to make. She was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Arpis for any work.
