    Furnace repair - replace thermocouple

    Our furnace is 38 years old in a small home. Within 2 hours of our after hours call, Vanessa did a thorough clean/inspection of the firebox to check for cracks, tested and replaced the thermocouple, tested and adjusted the gas pressure and validated that everything worked after all of the adjustments/changes.

    Lee was extremely good at explaining the work he was doing as well as going into detail the performance of the furnace.

    New Furnace Install.

    Well organized...good communication between from the initial inspection to the salesperson, installers and office! The installers (Matt & Will) where excellent...on time, respectful of the property, well mannered, detailed and took pride in their work...well done!

    I can't think of any more words to write about. All we got was the annual servicing of our furnace, and some good advice.

    Furnace Pump and Check Up

    She was prompt, speedy and super helpful. He inspection went beyond what I was expecting and everything was checked and fixed super quick. Pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a female service provider! :) Thank you! Super pleased we went with Apri’s.

    Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Found out the problem right away and explained the different options to fix it

    Furnace, hot water tank, humidifier

    We has pleasant interactions with Alex and Dan. Both men were kind and considerate towards my children. Everything was professionally managed, the installation looks beautiful. The team was honest and straightforward when explaining the one alteration we had to make in our water heater install. This team was very well trained and made me feel confident in ARPIS as a company. Thank you!!!

    Repair humidifier

    Technician was excellent, Diagnosed the problem very quickly and repaired the issued quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied.

    Furnace Replacement

    Hard lines on all drains and humidifier. Quick and clean install on furnace and all required ductwork. Would highly recommend.
