    Ductless AC/Heat Pump installation

    Farzad arranged for a seamless installation process involving his excellent installation team led by Farshid and coordination with a master electrician. Maple Air accommodated all of the strict condo board requirements such as, for example, painting the line set coverings to match the exterior colours of our condo for a stress-free installation.

    Affordable and Professional

    Our central air conditioning system wasn't able to keep the top floor of our house cool enough to sleep at night during the summer. The Maple Air team installed a ductless system and now our bedroom is the most comfortable room in our house. Farzhad was very professional to work with, and Farshid did a great job installing the unit. Would highly recommend.

    Highly recommend!!

    Old air conditioner died and couldn’t be repaired due to its age and the R22 factor. Didn’t know what to do as having an extra $3000 sitting around for a new unit wasn’t feasible but decided to contact Maple air on the weekend. They were quick to respond and help getting approved for financing very quickly. Had the new unit installed today and the two gentlemen were amazing, cleaned up everything, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company to family, friends or anyone!!

    Delivered everything they promised

    From the free consultation to well executed installation. Farzad and his team at Maple Inc delivered as promised. Our new ductless AC/heat pump unit has kept the house cool though the first major heat wave with ease. I couldn't be happier with our investment. Thanks Maple Air!

    Ductless A/C installation

    Thank you for a job well done. Your installers were experienced, professional, tidy, and friendly. We are very happy with the ductless a/c. It has made our daughter's room on the 3rd floor liveable in the summer.

    Professional Service from Sales to Installation

    If you need a Ductless A/C call Maple Air. Rodrigo the Sales Representative was a pleasure the deal with and a great resource through the process. Farshid and his colleague are very very good at they do. No nonsense and they do it the right way. All in all I would highly recommend hiring this company.

    Central Air Conditioning

    I was very pleased with the installation of my central air conditioning and decided that a nice, new thermostat would be good. After one night of the new thermostat, I decided I didn't like it. It had way too many features that I'd never, ever use, it was a bit big, and the light it emitted at night was so bright that I had to cover it. Hamid came today and gave me another one, which just so happened to be the exact same model I had before (but with a different brand name) and it was just what I wanted....on/off, heat/cold, temperature. Nice and easy. So thanks to Hamid for a fine job.

    Fantastic Service and Installation

    Had an issue with my Carrier furnace and Maple Air spent two days trying to figure out the reason (furnace only ran on low) it would shut off when it ran on high. Replaced parts and no luck. Decision was made to replace the furnace as in the long run it would give us 10 years of warranty with a new Carrier Infinity unit imstead of an old unit with replacement parts with inevatible future issues. No charge for the 2 day service calls and fair price on the replacement (rebates from Carrier and Ontario Gov.). Most others would have loved the parts $$$ and future service calls. Have to thank Azam for his efforts on the service calls and sound advise and to Farshid for an amazingly efficient, clean and very Professional install. Highly recommend Maple Air for your HVAC needs.

    Furnace service call

    Our furnace wasn't heating at all, Maple Air sent Hamid over late in the evening to take a look. Thoroughly checked the unit and determined the pressure switch wasn't working properly and was somehow able to get it working again. So far so good.

    Furnace inop.

    Furnace inop. Called Maple Saturday 16 March pm. Azam called back and indicated he'd be onsite within 2 hours. 90 minutes later he arrived and diagnosed the problem as a faulty furnace igniter. Less than 12 hours later he'd sourced and installed the new igniter, as well as inspecting and servicing the furnace, including checking for any abnormal CO (carbon monoxide) readings. Superb timely response, friendly and knowledgeable tech - Azam - all at a very reasonable price.
