Sales person came to our home which is very convenient and went through all our options for security systems. Very knowledgeable and had great advise. We purchased the system and installation was done in a short time frame on time and by qualified installers. Total experience seamless and took all the worries away.

We moved into a new home from a condo and wanted the security of an alarm system. It was not something I had ever used before, so had a lot of questions. Steve was wonderful and patient in answering every question, and the installation was smooth. It was clear that customer satisfaction, and attentive service, is a priority. The system has worked without problems, and is easy to use. Highly recommend Pre-Lock!

Supplied and installed Nest doorbell and rear yard camera. Connected same to our home internet.

Alex arrived to repair our front door and was terrific. It was extremely difficult to remove the broken part from inside the door and he was thoughtful, fast, and tenacious the entire time. We were very impressed and pleased.

A number of years ago we moved into our house, we had Pre Lock change the locks to the front door inside garage door. For years the locks have worked flawlessly. Recently, we replaced our front door (it owed us nothing) but it came with a different lock and keys. So I called Pre Lock to see what can be done to have both new front door and existing inside door to the garage use the same key and hopefully continue to use our existing keys. Tristan was amazing researching and clearly explaining my options. Tristan arranged to have multiple lock barrels brought to see what works best. John did an amazing job and not only was he able to fit a proper lock barrel in the new door, he incredibly was able to adjust it to use our existing keys. Yay. I would not hesitate to use Prelock anytime a locksmith is needed. And am also speaking to Paul about upgrading our home security system. Great job and thanks Tristan, John and Paul.

Paul and his team did an excellent job that included installing an alarm system, a remote garage door opener (fitted to a 25 year old Liftmaster!), a video entry doorbell and the re-keying of existing locks to make the whole security setup more manageable. I think the caliber of a contractor is in their approach to resolving issues and to his credit, Paul arrived within 36 hours with an entire second team of qualified professionals to deal with a sticking front door and the re-location of a carbon monoxide sensor. Paul was also very thorough in explaining every aspect of the Nest and alarm system and provided a personal warranty of assistance whenever needed, complete with his personal cell number. All in all, Paul runs a very professional team of hardworking guys. I would thoroughly recommend them to all!

Having just bought a new house in Toronto and with a new baby, we were looking for an affordable alarm service. However, we were not willing to compromise on security or customer service. Pre-Lock delivered both!!! Paul came to our house personally and reviewed all of our options with us. The alarm was installed 48 hours later and Walter did an amazing job. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. We are thrilled we decided to go with Pre-lock instead of one of the large telecom companies. We also had a peephole installed and the job was done quickly and professionally. We will be recommending Pre-lock to all of our friends and family!
