First Impressions are everything, love the family owned and operated business. Employees are happy and we had an amazing experience working with Ola and Corey. Ola, Design Consultant was prepared and helpful in her suggestions and helped guide us through that within one meeting, a few hours we had our kitchen design done, built in units, and bathroom vanities complete. Really impressed and can't say enough about working with Laurysen Kitchens.

The expression "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts" fits well when talking about Laurysen kitchens. Thanks to the Laurysen designer, Ola, my kitchen details are seamless and perfect together. These include the highly functional layout, the many well-chosen pullouts, the lighting, the perfect handles, and the colour scheme. Ola was an expert at working within my stipulated budget, always effectively presenting options within that framework. This talent sets her apart. This, combined with her willingness to actively listen to my ideas and wishes, made our teamwork painless. A wonderful experience for me.

This company has the best designer His name is Wael, he was patient and worked with me to get me the kitchen that worked for me, with plenty of storage for pots and pans and spices . After the project was completed, he made sure to follow up on any of my concerns.

We received excellent advice from Wael, our designer, who patiently walked through every detail of our rip and replace kitchen and bath renovation. Wael brought our vision to life while adding his wisdom gained from years of experience designing beautiful kitchens. The main cupboards arrived and were installed on schedule. The initial installer did a great job, but was missing some components (middle of covid) and the completion did take longer than expected. Laurysen addressed all initial deficiencies eventually resulting in a fantastically beautiful kitchen. They also responded quickly to a later issue that appeared long after the kitchen and installation were signed off. We are enjoying our new kitchen. A kitchen renovation is a painful ordeal, but Laurysen's products and service were a bright light during a challenging time. Thanks Laurysen!

Zeina, our designer was amazing ! She is so up-to-date on 3D design and guided us to help choose all the little details I would not have thought of! We had our layout as it was a renovation and not a new build. She was able to optimize the cupboard and drawer space. She is very kind and patient ! The installer, John also did a great job. There was a delay for the door changes and touch-ups, which was due to lack of staff, which is everywhere these days. It was not obvious, so we went with the flow. Laurysen Kitchens was recommended to us by our son and his wife, who had their kitchen remodelled in Orleans in 2019.

Laurysen Kitchens don't care about their customers at all. We are waiting for them to finish/fix our kitchen in our new build house since May 6 2021! We are extremely upset and appalled with the service of this company. We have been living in our home for over six months now, and still things are either unfinished or are finished really poorly and we are waiting for this company to come back and fix their mistakes. We cannot utilize our kitchen to its full extent, and when we do hear from the company that they would be coming to work on it, they reschedule at the last minute, wasting our time. For those people who are buying a new kitchen, don't be fooled by the superior quality you are seeing in their design studios, you will not see that kind of quality when they install your kitchen. If this company can't fulfill their current orders, to their supposed standards, then they need to stop taking future orders and figure out how to resolve the problems they're having with their current clients. Upgrade my kitchen for over than 10000 but I regretted it was not good enough minto builder and laurysen kitchen. The quality of the material is cheap. my closing date Dec 17 2020 and know it is Aug the first 2021 and my kitchen not finished more over after 7 months they need me to reselect my kitchen door cabinets handles because the one that I have chosen not available any more . Minto and Laurysen Kitchens not recommended

I’m not sure how Laurysen has such a high review! We have a brand new house with a Laurysen kitchen. I absolutely hate my kitchen. My husband and I have been building and selling houses for ten years and we have had the pleasure of using multiple ottawa kitchen companies. Laurysen is by far the worst. Our island is in unacceptable condition. We did a dark grey island and upgraded the size. The kick plates are streaky, they are fraying at the edges. The drawers all have chips and the island has been touched up with the wrong coloured paint. Multiple technicians have viewed the island and said yes, it’s bad, we will order parts. Nothing has been ordered and Laurysen doesn’t care. I have sent multiple emails for follow up, every time they say our issues will be addressed, yet no one ever addresses them and nothing is fixed. It’s been six months. I’m embarrassed to show people our custom kitchen that we paid a substantial amount of money for. Do yourself a favour and upgrade your kitchen elsewhere. The staff are pleasant to deal with, it’s not their fault. Laurysen clearly has bitten off more than they can chew and their work is most definitely a result of this!

We purchased our kitchen for a renovation 15+ years ago. I still love our finished product. Recently one of the wheels from the pot drawer broke off. Two days ago we showed up at the Stittsville site with the drawer in hand. The exceptional service commenced from the moment we went in the front door. Front staff where friendly, courteous and helpful. A gentlemen came to our rescue (never got his name!). He fixed the drawer and refused compensation for the product or his time. Now that inspires confidence and loyalty for the product and customer service. Thanks!
