    Kitchen Renovation

    Kitchen Renovation

    We've order a kitchen renovation in December 2013 which included cabinetry, glass and coutertops. The cabinetry was delivered and assembled in early February 2014. The countertops were delivered over a month later and the glass is not yet installed as of late April 2014. Some of the cabinets that were delivered were damaged and taken back for repainting in February and they still not installed back as of late April 2014. The quality of the product is also not phenomenal, hence the many cabinets that needed repainting. Overall very poor project management and very poor quality. I do bot recommend using this company, unless of course you want your kitchen renovation project to take half a year

    Kitchen Installation

    A $million kitchen turns to a joke in terms of Customer Service delivery. From the start there were delays. Panels missing and then once panels arrived panels displaying faults that had to be taken away and sent back to us several times......For the money the kitchen should have been installed by the end of May 2013 in its entirety....and here we are almost May 2014, still in a pissing match with no one from Laryssen calling us back directly.....to satisfy us why there have been delays and why when panels were removed on this last occassion they were sent back without repair ....we've gone from being very happy about our initial purchase to very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship and non-existent Customer Service....what a way to not stand by your product!

    kitchen with cabinet inserts

    Horrible service. Kitchen arrived after 3 months with missing parts. Have been waiting for one month for various pcs of hinges, touch up paint, filler panels, wrong dishwasher panel etc. Many phone calls, emails with many empty promises. I am on my own to finish.

    Kitchen, mud room, powder room Reno

    My husband and I were impressed from the start with Laurysen. We met with June with some ideas of what we wanted and things we hated about our current kitchen and mud room. June turned our space into a beautiful, functional, instinctive space. She worked with us to make functionality a reality in our 80's kitchen. We had hired a general contractor who was familiar with Laurysen. He had nothing but good things to say about them. Their timelines for production and delivery were accurate. Their installation went smoothly. Our only hiccup happened a few weeks after our reno was complete. Our quartz countertops had been installed and the installer neglected to properly seal the under-mount sink. Water had leaked, unnoticed, to the cabinet below and caused a large area to swell and bubble. After a few calls and emails to the company that did the counter installation, I contacted Laurysen. They sent someone out to properly seal the sink right away and made sure we were happy customers at the end of the day. And we are.

    Kitchen Reno

    After we wore out our first Laurysen Kitchen after 21 years of hard use, we returned for a complete Reno. Wael, our designer, was outstanding! Part designer, part diplomat, he worked through everything including suggesting paint and backsplash tile. He made multiple trips to help us with countertop and tile choices. We love the changes he made to the original layout and the suggestions he had to address our contemporary look in our 90+ year old house. Others have complained about the installation but our installer Dave Forbes was nothing short of amazing. The most fussy and particular craftsman you'll ever meet. Can't say enough about what a great job he did in our not-so-square kitchen. Joe, the service-tech who came by to finish off a few odds and ends was also a real professional. We love our new kitchen.

    New build

    We hired Laurysen Kitchens to design and build all the cabinetry in our home. Caroline was my go-to designer. She personally came on site to help design our spaces. Our beautiful cherry kitchen is everything I had envisioned and is now a reality. It is a conversation piece for first time guests to our home. The mudroom for our family of four children is masterful. A locker for each child, plenty of hooks for coats, hoodies and ball-caps; drawers that hide away hats and mittens; cubby holes for whatever shoes you can think of; and plenty of uppers for boots, gym bags and school bags. Organized and functional, every mothers’ dream! Laundry is no longer the dreaded task of the past. Plenty of room for laundry baskets, sorters and a place to fold. Our bathrooms are beautiful and our Klozets by Laurysen are efficiently divided. Laurysen Kitchens has gone over and above our expectations. Everything was completed on time with no "surprise" extra charges. We are truly pleased with all the cabinetry in our home and they are now on task to create the man-cave of my husband’s dreams!!!! We highly recommend Laurysen Kitchens!!!

    Ensuite Bath Remodel

    Knowledgeable, Friendly, Family Run, Quality, Team, Fun! Caroline C and her team created a new vanity and storage unit for our new remodeled ensuite. Installer was awesome and even made a piece of trim casing for the floor to hide the air space as the floor was not totally level. We now have a beautiful and functional oasis. Thank you to Caroline C and Laurysen Kitchen Team

    wall unit

    Another fabulous job by Laurysen Kitchens! We used them a year ago for 5our kitchen and decided to use them again for our wall unit for our family room. Once again the service and quality was exceptional! I can't wait to use them for pur bathrooms next year! I highly recommend them.

    Kitchen and Vanity

    Who knew that a kitchen renovation could make you feel this good? We are absolutely thrilled with how incredibly beautiful our kitchen turned out thanks to the good and thoughtful advice of our laurysen designer, as well as our interior decorator and the wonderful contractor that our designer recommened. The few inevitable hiccups that came about were quickly and professionally dealt with and we really couldn't ask for anything more. We have been happily spreading Laurysen Kitchen's good name and shamelessly showing off our beautiful new space to everyone we know. Highly recommended!
