Installation was on time. The end product is perfect. Wendy Conn co-ordinated everything on our behalf through our builder. Although the price was high for a vacuum, the end result is well worth it. No more vacuum hose storage problem. The accessories are compact and convenient and you can purchase add-ons for under the cabinet installation for hard to reach areas. It is also much quieter than a conventional canister vacuum when in operation. Future condo owners should insist on this as an option for new condo buildings. Condo builders should also include this in the options package as the install is easier and less costly if done in pre- construction.

Installed 10 years ago with virtually no problems. Last couple months we experienced less power than usual. Susan at Vacuflo was really helpful explaining about cleaning the motor guard screen which fixed our problem. Instead of going ahead with an unnecessary service call, Susan saved us money and time with her helpful advice (as well as the instructional youtube video). We are very happy with this system as it works well and there is almost no maintenance except to clean out the bucket every once in a while (and, I guess, to clean the motor guard screen every decade).

We installed a Vacuflo 26 years ago in a home we had built. When we moved to a different home it had a different brand which I detested. It was filtered, had poor suction and required that I keep a portable vacuum handy just so I could vacuum the filter of that central vac. It's what I always referred to as "vacuuming the vacuum". I hated it and it seemed illogical at best. When that vacuum died, I made sure I replaced it with a Vacuflo. The suction is amazing and I joke that it will suck the urethane right off the hardwood floors and suck the colour right out of the carpet. I love the accessories too! They make vacuuming so easy. The adjustable wand is amazing and so easy to use. I finally got to chuck the crappy portable vacuum I had to keep around just to "vacuum the vacuum". I recommend Vacuflo to anyone who is in the market for a new central vac. I will never have any other brand again. If we move again, I'm taking my Vacuflo with me. Wendy was very easy to deal with and we had the unit installed within 72 hours of my first contact with her. The technician was punctual and did excellent work. We are more than satisfied with our purchase. My husband doesn't do the vacuuming but he is very happy to see me very happy. The "happy wife happy life" saying is very true.

We have had our Vacuflo Built in central vacuum for 10 years and have never had a problem. Excellent performance and suction. I would recommend getting a Vacuflo Built in central vacuum system.

Everything was okay everything I needed in stock - I purchased a house with a Vacuflo vacuum Went online to find a Vacuflo store and found one in my area. Will shop there again.

They advised us on the model to buy based on coming in to assess the size of the house. The installation was painless and the central vac unit has been running extremely well for a few years now despite having to deal with lots of drywall and other dirt! Pricing was not the cheapest but definitely competitive.
