    New Home Project

    We have had great experience with excel so far, they are very punctual with their responses and their knowledge about the products are excellent, Especially the savanna team. Great job and teamwork.

    Buying our Home

    Really enjoyed our experience through the building process! Every step was met with kind and helpful people. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and were really nervous throughout but we were accommodated immensely with people who loved their jobs. For a very stressful life event it was a pleasure buying our first forever home! We love it and are excited about the community of Mahogany thanks to Excel Homes.

    Very impressed!

    We recently bought a home from Excel, I was worried at first in looking because I didn't want a home where it was thrown together quickly and corners were cut. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was great attention to detail. I love the floor plan and that it was well thought out and there is no wasted space. I will absolutely be buying from Excel again in the future. I've very much appreciated their amazing customer service.

    Home build

    I received possession May 19 and I have to say I was very impressed due to the craftsmanship and this was ahead of schedule by 45 days. The quality of the work is very good and the level of customer service is second to none. I also want to give reconingition to the lady's in the office for being so good for taking the time to explain every thing in detail and giving guidance where needed. I would recommend Excel as a home builder and the community of Heartland is everything one can ask for.

    New Home owners

    My experience with excel homes was amazing. They helped us out with any questions we had with no hassle. They were amazing with helping us get the papers signed for our house when they needed to be signed even with My Fiance working up north and being away many weeks at a time. They were quick responding to any emails or phone calls we had without any grief or making us wait for an answer! We have already recommend Excel home to many of our young friends looking to build or buy when their timing is there!! We are excited to be starting our new Family in the next week or so in our new beautiful Excel home, would be feeling like being home with our family without this beautiful home and neighbourhood we live in!!! YAAY for excel homes, and another HUGE thank you too Charla , Markia , Nathan and the rest of Excel homes staf

    New Home in Cochrane Alberta

    We took possession of our new home in Heartland in February 2016. The entire process was so exciting for us!! We had so many different options & upgrades we could choose from. We chose a front garage home and were very happy with the different layout selections and different price points. We had been looking at many home builders and kept our eye on the different prices. I have to say that Excel was the MOST well priced quality builder I could find! We LOVE our home, and if we do have any minor problems, our site super, Nathan, is always so quick to resolve our issues. The only thing that was hard for us, was waiting for our home to be built, but that's clearly not something they can help ;) Thanks Excel!!!

    Excel Homes - Savanna

    We took possession of our New home in Savanna about a month ago and it was such an easy process. Everything has been going good so far other than some minor issues which were resolved quickly. The sales staff was excellent and helpful with any questions we had, Andrew was very helpful and kind when dealing with us after we moved in. The weekly pictures of the house being built were good as we got to see how much progress was being made. Would highly recommend Excel homes to anyone considering building a home in Savanna.

    New home build

    From walking in the door of the show home to possession what an adventure. Love our Excel home. Loved working with Ellen and Lucy. Really appreciated the above and beyond customer service from these two. Our home was completed during the schedule we were given and even maybe sped up once they knew our current house was sold. Our warranty Rep has been prompt for any requests we have made. Great home, great service and enjoying our forever home.

    We bought our first home from excelhome at Hillcrest sw of airdrie, we had the best experience ever, not like I thought I would, since friends and family don't have this amazing experience, ,,we are so lucky, sales team was great, I would do it all over again with excelhome. ....thanks guys

    Excel Home Purchase

    From the moment we walked into the showrooms we were floored. Their show homes were pleasant. The sales team were great, knowledgable, patient, and easy to work with. It was overall a pleasant experience, from start to finish. Way to go Heartland Excel!
