    We had a great experience working with Bond Construction updating two bathrooms. Excellent workmanship and very professional.

    Bathroom Renovations

    Bond Contracting did 3 projects for us - kitchen backsplash and both bathrooms. Quote for projects was very accurate. The design time was great and offered a variety of choice for tile and finishing touches. The crew was fantastic, always came when they said, work area was cleaned and tidied up each night. Very happy with the tile work - it was a lot! Would not hesitate to recommend for any project! Thank you!

    Add a Laundry room to main floor

    Darwin's team is fantastic - very professional and skilled. Although the project took a bit longer than planned, we're very impressed with the quality. They also left everything spotless when they finished.

    Retaining wall with fence

    Built on time, on budget, with no issues. Would not hesitate to use them again. Fence is sturdy and looks good!

    Main Floor Reno

    We just had a main floor renovation completed with the Bond team, including our kitchen, living and dining rooms, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Things began with a quote that clearly detailed the project scope and anticipated timeline, both of which were upheld by the Bond team. When we realized how great the team was and what they were capable of, we did add some things into the project scope as the Bond team was great at conceptualizing the space and how or family could us it more effectively. The final product shows the thoughtfulness, and professionalism that they brought to the project. The designer, Gisele, was so helpful in clarifying our style, picking out all our materials, and ensuring things would be both beautiful and functional for us with our busy little kids. The combination of both team and designer has meant a stunning result. The project started and finished on time, with progress and costs clearly communicated throughout. Truly everyone on the team is so dedicated and this shows in the finished product. It is everything we had hoped it would be and more! We chose to live in our basement during our renovations, and everyone was extremely respectful of our space. Neighbours, friends and family checked in throughout the project, and were amazed at the timelines and final product, a common theme being you found yourself a great contractor, you just dont see quality and timeliness like this very often in the trades. As such we would not hesitate to recommend Bond and have already done so to a few of our friends and will be using them again when our basement needs further renovations.

    Main Floor Renovation

    You know the old adage...."time, price, quality - pick any two." Not the case with Bond Construction! We just had a main floor renovation completed, on time, on budget and great quality workmanship! We had our kitchen done, powder room, laundry room, all flooring and trim, ceilings done with knock down, and also new railing on the stairs. Very happy with the results. The team was at my house working hard every day. Darwin and Gisele are great communicators, all emails and texts are replied to promptly and all questions and problems taken care of. We plan to do the upstairs with them as well, and are confident we will be happy with those results as well.

    Kitchen Reno + Popcorn Removal + Poly-B Removal

    We started the process in September with a request for a Kitchen Reno and to remove the Popcorn. No problem we got a detailed quote with a start date in January - perfect. We had pretty detailed plans for the changes we wanted and so started the journey to the sub-suppliers to make our final choices. We also started working with Superior Cabinets, where our ideas where challenged in a great way that allowed us to make better choices. Truly a superior experience. In November we asked if the Poly-B could be completely removed from the house. This did result in a separate quote but the work could be done concurrently with the kitchen reno. So work started as scheduled in January and was completed ahead of schedule. great care was taken to ensure the house was not damaged in the process and that the oak floor we kept was safe. In replacing the Poly-B, all but 2 rooms in the house had sections of wall board cut out of the walls and/or ceiling. When everything was back together you could not tell that anything was cut open, it is perfectly restored and nothing leaked. The kitchen cabinets and counter top fit perfectly and exceeded our expectations in functionality. This was an exceptional experience delivered by the expert craftsmen of Bond Construction. Needless to say, we will return to Bond for any further reno work.

    Complete basement build

    Demolished unfinished basement and rebuilt into lovely living space, bathroom and craft room. Furnaces replaced, wiring redone, extensive cabinets built. Incredibly happy with the final result. Darwin was easy to communicate with and responsive to handling complications. Crews were professional and very pleasant. Had issues with some premature paint cracking once basement was completed and Darwin made sure the issue was fixed without a fuss. Quality work. Would recommend!

    Paint interior doors and reno laundry room.

    I hired Bond to paint the interior doors and renovate the laundry room, including changing the door to swing outwards. The employees were polite, kept the work area clean and explains options for problem solving. The quality of the work was excellent. Often Bond uses their own employees, thus shortening the job timeline . Darwin provided a cost quote before the work was scheduled, gave realistic scheduling expectations and the final cost was the quoted amount, provided no change of scope. This is my second time hiring Bond and I highly recommend them.
