    Large bathroom reno

    Great company, timelines and price as quoted. Bond team hit the mark on every area required. Removed a wall turned a small bathroom into a Spa style one. Choices of Tiles, Counters etc was excellent. Suggestions around the best outcome were spot on. I would recommend Bond based on my experience.

    Fence and retaining wall

    I recently had Bond Construction replace my fence and retaining wall. They did an amazing job and the new wood fence and retaining wall look great. The crew was friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would definitely recommend Bond Construction.

    Double detatched garage

    Bond contracting built a detached double garage for us this fall 2023. They did a great job and quickly addressed any concerns or requests. Good communication and quality.

    Easy communication, efficient and quality work

    I discovered mold underneath the vanity cabinet of my new home left by the previous owner, so I decided to replace the vanity cabinets in both bathrooms. Although it was a small area, it involved a lot of complications including replacing the cabinet, getting countertops, taking down mold-affected drywall, and re-connect all the plumbing. Many contractors weren't able to or weren't willing to take on the job. Bond Construction made the process very easy. Darwin came in to assess and sent me a quote. He is very knowledgable of what needs to be done and experienced at estimating the time it would take. They were able to start work right on their estimated start work date. All workers were on time, and everything was completed in the estimated time period. The workers were very nice and skilled and easy to talk to. They were very patient and consulted with me on where I like the handles placed. They kept the parts that I wanted to reuse or resell unscratched. They left the place very clean. I'm very happy with the end result. Renovations can be such a pain sometimes. It makes a big difference when you find the right people. I would definitely recommend them if you have some home improvement to do.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Darwin and Giselle are amazing, it was so easy to work with them. They are both experts in their areas which really helped in providing us guidance and we trusted their recommendations. Chris and his crew are wonderful and did an excellent job. They showed up on time every day and were very courteous and professional. The end result was great and I am very thankful and impressed that they left the place impeccably clean. I have already highly recommended to some friends.

    Bathroom renovation

    Thank you to the crew of Bond Construction for an amazing job. Darwin was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. He made some great recommendations and answered all our questions promptly.     Basement Development

    Darwin and his team did an amazing job on finishing our basement. We loved that he had interior designers on staff to help with the design, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Darwin kept us constantly updated on the status of the project, and promptly responded to any questions or comments that arose. We would highly recommend Darwin and his team and we will be definitely calling Darwin and his team for all our future projects.

    Covered Patio conversion to internal Office/Den

    If you're looking for a high quality renovation company in Calgary, you only need to know one name, Bond Contracting and Construction. Darwin and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was great, budget was on target, project timeline was very good, and the quality of the work was excellent. Our expectations were certainly exceeded and we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Bond Contracting and Construction.

    Basement renovation

    I had hired Darwin years ago for my first home's basement renovation and hired him again for my second home's renovation. From start to finish, Darwin was communicative with the progress, provided frequent updates and was patient with all my questions and requests. He and his team were able to get my basement completed within the timeline promised. His whole team was professional and great to work with!! My basement looks amazing and I've already recommended Darwin and his team to friends and colleagues.

    Kitchen and main floor renovation

    Fantastic job. Everything that was explained went exactly as planned. They finished a little bit ahead of schedule and right on budget. They showed up when they said they would, and they completed the work when they said they would. Communication was great along the entire way. Next project, Darwin will be my only call. Gisele and Rhonda were fantastic to work with on the design side and were incredibly helpful picking everting out.
