    Snow Removal - Regina

    Acceptable price and exceptional service for two seasons. On renewal for third season they demanded (this is the price take it or leave it) a 43% increase over the previous season. I understand the need and would accept an increase but not 43% at one time. Green Drops management would not budge on this so I have moved on

    WORST customer service

    Tried speaking with customer service and had a VERY difficult time reaching anyone then was met with absolute contempt and rudeness. So many great lawn care companies out there that actually appreciate you business.

    Lawn Care

    They came twice, did whatever they did, we didn't even know they'd been there, and for 193.00 for just the front yard I thought they would come more than twice. My lawn looks no different or worse than what it did before I hired them to fix it. Save your money, you will not be satisfied.

    Lawn Service

    They have done a great job in keeping the weeds under control. The greenskeeper frequently addresses hard to reach areas by hand, to ensure full coverage. Generally we are happy with the service.

    UNSATISFIED

    After reading the reviews I'd say I have to agree with the unsatisfied customers. Last year was our first year using GD and I was quite pleased with the prompt service and the lack of weeds. This year on the other hand is a complete disaster. My husband called numerous occasions to have GD return to get rid of weeds that just happen to pop up. We have always told them to call before arriving as we have 2 small dogs that can easily escape. They finally arrived to only take pictures of the weeds and STILL TO DATE no return to spray. STILL WAITING.

    Green drop - Poor quality

    GD can’t remove the weed and said, two kind of weeds that they can’t remove as those are very complicated, but it didn’t mention in their homepage. My lawn still has lots dead grass. GD just comes to spray and went away. I sent email to GD twice and asked for refund, but they just ignore it.

    Premium package

    My husband and I paid for a premium package to get my mother’s lawn cared for. The technician who came pulled out the hose from the green drop truck, looked around and pulled the hose back. Then he drove around to the back and looked around and drove off. Then put a Greendrop sign that the work has been completed. Good thing my mom and the neighbor was watching this. You better believe I’ll be telling my friends about this! Got a refund but how disappointing is that?

    GREEN DROP Lawns

    If you want lots of weeds Green Drop is your company. If you want a company that does not get back too you. Green Drop is your company. There only quick to charge your credit card. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

    Lawn Maintenance

    We have been using Green Drop for the last 3 years. Our lawn is always very lush and a great colour. The staff let themselves into the yard and get on with their job. Always courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend!

    Green Drop poor Service

    I find that Green Drop Edmonton is very poor in either service or product quality. They spend literally 1-4 minutes "spraying" the yard for weeds and fertilizer but they weeds don't actually die and they just grow and grow so I end up having to pick them myself. My direct neighbor has a competitors service and I can always tell when they come because their product is strong smelling and I know its working because their lawn is weed free. I would recommend finding another service provider.
