Very user friendly service I signed up at the start of the year and away they went. I had monthly visits from friendly people who left me with simple directions to follow. Within a couple visits my lawn was nice and green with no weeds!

Started getting Green Drop 2 years ago as friends of ours recommended we should. By the end of the summer we had the best lawn on the block. Now three of my neighbours also get the service and more are signing up. Customer service was excellent, when we had weeds pop up in between visits, they came out and got rid of them. Super friendly on the phone.

Terrible service in all ways. After 4 applications and a visit from the service manager my dandelions are getting bigger. After several phone calls I spoke with the service manager, he came out looked around said there was too many dandelions for him to spray, so a truck would come out and do a full application. The next day the truck came, spent approximately 5 minutes in my yard. A week later very few of the dandelions are wilting or anything, so another call to the office, another voice mail left and like before not returned.

Was told they would price match at the beginning of season with another company. No note was made on file. Send the official advertisement again. Was told they could only give me 10%. There was no interest whatsoever in keeping my business.

I had Green Drop service for last year, and I never request / order for service this year, because I have sold my place in April this year. However, I have just received an email from them today saying that my account is overdue??? I never received any invoice at all......now overdue?? I called their customer service, and the girl told me that the renewal is automatic, until I contact them to cancel the service, and invoice always at my front door (BUT I DON"T LIVE THERE ANYMORE)..... I asked her why without any notice, and she said they call and left a message, and email me?? but I NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING AT ALL. They said they did, and keep asking me to pay over the phone by my credit card. I asked her why I have to pay for the service that I never requested, and that’s not even my house anymore… They said that’s their company policy, and I have no choice but pay now. So, without any black-and-white (written document), and also I didn't make any request for the services. I never recommend people use or deal with companies like this: Green Drop That's undoubtedly a dishonesty.

My lawn was suffering from thinning grass and weeds ! Signed up with Green Drop a rep xe to my door.Special price apparently $220 tax included. Good price with services til Sept 30. It's been 3 weeks weeds,our weeds are gone and my lawn is lushing up nice and green. My family can enjoy the yard ,my neighbours are speaking to me again as they felt my weeds were giving them weeds Best $220 I ever spent .highly recommend

I am very frustrated with green drop this year. Work partially completed. Always have to call in. I tired of complaining. Would really like to speak with a manager or someone there who cares about customer service. Sure not getting it this year but that is probably because I am a second year customer and prepaid last fall. On 1st trip back yard was not fertilized. Had to call them. 2nd trip only aerated 2/3 of front lawn when I specifically stated full front yard and only my backyard. Now I wonder if they fertilized the full front yard. Can't tell since it was about 8 days ago and I have watered since then. Seems like they don't really care and I am not happy with the service at all. If there is a manager who would like to call me and discuss this comedy of errors I would love to hear from you. Let's see what happens. One thing for sure unless these concerns are corrected you can guarantee I won't be bragging you up and referring friends like I did last year.

Their customer service people were not very friendly and unable to answer even the simplest questions. That said, the guys who came to my house were friendly enough and seemed to know what they were doing. I think the biggest problem I found was that my lawn didn't seem any more or less healthy than the previous year. I don't know whether their service is really actually needed or whether they even gave me what I paid for. Risky, but certainly didn't ruin my lawn or anything.

Have been using them for about 4 years now. 1st year was unreal and the grass was thick and lawn looked awesome. 2nd year was okay, but then after that it was just so-so. Weed control works but the laen fertilizer is getting worse every year. This year had a grass portion completely burn out - called them but no response and they left a message to call back. Tried to call back numeroud times but busy signal. Its cold now - lets see if the grass comes back next year! Have signed up for another year as others in the matket are even worse.

I had been using Green Drop Canada for several years. Man, I have no clue what their management/ technical operations are doing recently. I have a plum tree hurt by their weed killer liquid which is seen by another gardener professional. Second thing is the way they handle with client's service renewal is absolutely horrible and unacceptable at all. I didn't ask for the extra services but they still charged me for those. They said they left a message on a phone. Come on, it's not black-and-white (written document), and also I didn't make any request for the services. I never recommend people use or deal with companies like this: Green Drop That's undoubtedly a dishonesty.
