    Basics package

    i bought this package. They were suppose to start their service in April however didn’t start until mid may. In May I contacted them couple time and booked an appointment. The person came in and left paper and didn’t complete the services. I contact them back and they said well in their system it shows that it was completed. I had proof that he didn’t do the service. I called them more than 6 time to reschedule the appointment. I left 2 voice mail for duty Manager “Peter” however he didn’t respond. Finally last week, they came and did their service. When I got this package, they told me that they will visit twice a month.

    Spring Starter - Weed Control

    I purchased a service called 'Spring Starter' from Green Drop which consists of 5 times service mainly focus on fertilizing and weed control. They have visited us twice up to now. First time they visited, they fertilized, which was ok. After that, I realized that there are much more and various kinds of weeds are growing in my front and backyard. I was wondering if it's because of fertilizing. The second service was delivered on May 23rd. 2 persons arrived and fertilized and sprayed liquid on the grass and disappeared in less than 5 minutes. After that, I keep checking the lawn; however it's still full of various kinds of weeds. I'm wondering if they are controlling or cultivating the weed.

    Green drop lawn care

    We bought the Basics plus lawn service for 313.90 dollars a month ago. To date, no one has come to either aerate, overseed or remove weed although our package includes all three. My wife has tried to call Green Drop multiple times; but no one responds. I am concerned that this company is essentially a swindle service trying to swindle people off their money without providing any service at all. This is one agency that I will ask everyone to avoid as a plague.

    Lawn Services

    Paid up front for summer lawn services and no one showed up for 1 month! Requested a full refund and took 2-3 weeks to refund my money. Extremely disappointed, recommend Doctor Green

    Weed Control

    So, after receiving the Green Drop pamphlet in the mail, I decided to give it a try considering I spent quite a bit on spraying weed control myself last year with moderate success. Well, I called in 3 days ago to a girl representative from Green Drop who sounded about 16 and could have cared less about my questions or concerns (we have two small dogs) regarding their product. Anyway, I decided to go with the order anyway since I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Since I don't like making purchases over the phone normally, I requested and confirmed with the girl TWICE that I would receive an email copy of the order and purchase for my records (i.e. I didn't want them to come out next week and do a completely different work order other than what I requested). It's been 3 days now and I still have yet to receive an invoice of what I actually ordered and are going to charge my credit card. I even tried leaving voicemails over the last 2 days and NO SUCCESS. I'm really hoping their product is much better than their customer service!!! Who knows what the hell I'm actually paying for...

    Lawn Services

    After signing up and paid in the early of April, I didn't hear a word from the company at all. I called the customer services to see if there is any assigned schedule for us, but they just couldn't confirm me with a service day at all. Then, I emailed the manager of the north area to ask when to expect my service to get started, as I had already seen other companies out in my neighborhood, but still no answer at all. My lawn is already been filled up by different types of weeds, getting so frustrated with the first time experience with Green Drop lawn services!

    tree spraying

    I paid them to come out LAST YEAR and they did. This spring, they show up without authorization and spray and charge me. I was told that because I did not respond to their email, they automatically come out. I am not paying this bill as they were not contracted.

    Beautiful Basics Plus??

    Signed up for this service in March, after using them for only part of the season last summer. I didn't hear a word from the company at all after signing up. I emailed them to inquire when to expect my service to start, as I had already seen other companies out in my neighborhood, and I was told that I would receive an email from a greenkeeper 24 hours prior to any work being done. Today I get home to find my lawn fertilized along with my sidewalks, driveway, and the curb in front of my house. I am pretty sure that there is more fertilizer on the concrete around my lawn than on the lawn itself. I now have to go try to sweep it all up so I can avoid my dog getting it in his paws. I called their phone number to ask why I hadn't been notified ahead of time, as well as to inquire about the aeration/over-seeding that was part of the package that I purchased. The customer service rep I spoke to sounded like a teenage girl who would rather be doing anything else besides speaking with me. She could not tell me why there had not been any contact, or give me any timeline as to when to expect the aeration and over-seeding to happen. All in all, not a very helpful, or reassuring experience. So far I am not impressed with this company as it seems pretty disorganized and I am already regretting using them again instead of going with one of the other lawn care companies that was recommended to me.

    Lawn Care

    Help us care for our lawn every year to have nice green grass. It's great to have nice landscaping for the few months of spring and summer that we actually get.

    Lawn care

    I used to work for their company as a sales rep. thinking that their services were top notch, but the way the treat their customers and employees through the packages they offer it is apparent that the service technicians they hire don't even know how to do the job right. Half of my lawn is nice because that is the only spot that has been sprayed and after many calls I have given up after I still have not received me seeding. The technicians show up and do nothing, just stand around, and then leave saying they did something. The fact that they are on my property for maybe 3 minutes is awful. This is why the technicians come while everyone is at work so they don't get caught doing nothing. Be ware of GreenDrop !
