Their service is good but a bit expensive. They promptly come when another application required due to weeds growing everywhere. Our lawn gets a lot of weeds and thanks to green drop I am hoping this year to be another weed free year!!!

Terrible! Numerous calls made trying to book this service and never received a call back. Office staff not worried about lack of follow up didn't care about losing my lawn services contract as a result. Very disappointed as I have been a customer for several years.

Green Drop was very professional and helpful from day one. I told them my issues with dog damage and they sent someone to take a look and advise me the best program to take. After a season we are extremely satisfied. All the friends and family ask how we have such a beautiful yard. I tell them all to call Greendrop. The dog spots are gone after a few applications and some watering. Only advise I have is ensure your mower is working well because Green Drop make that grass grow fast. Thanks again GreenDrop see you folks next season.

finally had enough of trying to keep my lawn green and healthy, gave up and called up green drop. Booked an appointment and not long after came out and with very professional service sprayed my almost dead grass, not long later it took and i was mowing every week.. thanks much.

Green Drop applied their first treatment in early May on a day that was snowing and the tracks showed one pass over the front lawn (two passes if you count the tracks leading back to the driveway - plus, they skipped the backyard). They said the aeration and over seeding would occur within a couple of weeks and nothing more was done for 2 months. I called them multiple times to find out when the aeration and over seeding was going to be done and they kept telling me "soon". After 2 months with no additional service, I decided this company was simply not reliable. Paying someone to roll a spreader once across your lawn over snow is not what I call great lawn care. To be fair, the snow did melt by the end of the day. They agreed to a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and there's no refund on my credit card yet. If it's anything like their lawn service, I guess I will have to keep calling them relentlessly until they finally decide to do something about it. How does a company like this stay in business?!?

In the Spring of 2012 Green Drop approached me and offered me their lawn services. A sales rep came out looked at the yard and gave me a price. They guaaranteed me 5 fertilization applications for my lawn, one deep root fertilization for my trees and shrubs, an overseeding and a spring aeration for my lawn. They also claimed a tree expert would come out and inspect my trees and shrubs for disease and general health. With the early spring I was expecting to see them fertilize and overseed in late April or early May. By the middle of May my neighbors' lawns are all turning green and looking healthy and mine is still not greening up. Every time I called Green Drop a different person answered the phone and would put me through to the supervisor in charge of my area, when the phone would ring through I would get a message machine and would leave a message to no avail. Finally they showed up to do my overseeding on May29th. When I asked them when they would be able to do the first "Spring" fertilizing they said that they had to wait 14 days after the overseeding or the weed control would kill any new growth from the overseed. So they were planning on giving me my first fertilizer application after June 12th. I had purchased 5 fertilizer applications, not sure how to fit 5 applications in after June 12. After I talked with them they sent some one out to fertilize my lawn then next day or so. So I basically got zero value from the overseeding and my lawn did not get its first fertilization until late May. My lawn did not catch up to my neighbors lawn until mid July. The tree expert made an appointment to meet me and I took the morning off work so I would be there for the consultaion on the trees and shrubs. When no one showed up I phoned the office looking for him and was told his truck had broke down so he was going to be late. I waited another hour or so and phoned back. This time the receptionist (a different one than the first itme I called) tried to reach him on his cell phone, but had no luck. She informed me he might be on a service call and too busy to answer the phone. I figured he should be under the hood of his truck! To make a long story short the tree expert never showed up that day and never did call me. The receptionist informed me that the tree expert would call me in a couple of days to set up another appointmant. It never happened. Basically they were full of promisses until they convinced me to pay, but once they had my money they were difficult to contact and did not come through on their promises.

Great service, prompt and reliable. Easy billing making it easy to maintain my lawn care. I have recommended them to friends and family members. my lawn looks better than ever now!

I was looking for some company to kill the weeds in my lawns 2 summers ago. So, I asked around. I had a few friends were dealing with "Green Drop Lawns Ltd." My next door neighbor, my mother-in-law and her neighbor were also dealing with this company. So, I got "Green Drop" to do this job. I wasn't sure if the operator of "Green Drop" couldn't understand me or I wasn't being clear of the spray. They gave me a "round one," meaning to kill my beautiful lawns completely. I was very upset when they gave me the wrong chemical. My house is a duplex house, Green Drop destroyed my lawns as well as my next door neighbor's lawn. My neighbor was upset about me indirectly. So, I wrote email to "Green Drop" 5 times and called them 3 times. The last time I called, the operator said they will send a manager to check it out. She said he will contact me after the visit. When I went home after work, I realized someone from "Green Drop" came check my lawns. I noticed the little company sign was removed. They never called me back. I contacted them couple times afterwards, they avoid to talk to me or reply my email. Eventually, I paid for the bill because I didn't want to have a bad record of not paying any bills. I send them the photos along with the payment. They took my payment and tossed my complaint letter and pictures. They are a cold, not care company. They didn't have to courage to call me up and apologize of their mistakes. I am sure it was their mistake because all their calls were recorded. If I had ordered a wrong spray, I am sure they could have confront me. It was a terrible experience I had with "Green Drop Lawns Ltd." I will never go back again. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, still no solution. Now I deal with a different company. They are cheaper, better service, and treat me like a valuable customer. "Green Drop Lawns Ltd" suck!!!

We needed to have our lawn maintained so we called Green Drop. They gave a very good quote and were very professional. They always called before they came and always let us know how to maintain it after the fertilizer and weed killer were applied. Our lawn looks better than ever!

Enlisted Green Drop's services in 2011. They called in Mar/12 stating if no call they will do same service(in Sept/12). I didn't get message. I enlisted other company to do service and now same service has been duplicated. No return call or return email from General Manager. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
