    Inspection

    The technical expert (Serguie) and the administrative manager (Gilbert) were very professional and courteous. I sincerely appreciated the depth of knowledge of Serguie.

    Furance was erroring out

    We were having trouble with our furnace was stopping with an error. We have opted for there yearly maintenance a few months before. We I call Gilbert suggest we do a yearly maintenance on the furnace which was free with the plan and see if that would be enough to fix the issue. I was surprised when this was finished and the cost was zero. As the maintenance on the unit clear the issue. Most other companies that I have dealt with would have charge for the repair and came back another time for free maintenance in the plan Very Honest, responsive to my issue at hand Thanks High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc

    Furnace Repair

    Very pleased with service call from Andrey (technician). He was on time, very knowledgeable in diagnosing and correcting problem. Simply in being friendly and after job vacuum and clean up was a big plus and I couldn't be happier. thank you

    The technician (Sergei) arrived on time as agreed despite covid 19 restrictions. He was polite, knowledgeable and finished the job in a short period of time...

    fixed heat pump

    From day one I was impressed with this company. The technician I talked to when I phone was very knowledgeable and the technician that came was the same. He told me it needed a part and he would order it and come back to install it. He didn't come but another technician named Sergio who worked tirelessly on my unit and now it is functioning properly. The company the building where I live has a company to do maintainance on our units but i wouldn't let them touch mine, as the previous year it was working and when they were done it wasn't. I complained and was told I needed another new one. Sorry this unit was only 2 years old. I was told by them they couldn't get the fluid needed which wasn't true a as I checked the internet and it was available. Sorry but these people are not nice I would highly recommend this company High efficiency.

    AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

    Delivery was very fast. Installation was very professional. The items was brand new. The package was good.

    Fix hot water tank

    Rick was very helpful. The hot water tank stopped working and he sent somebody right away and fix the problem. We can now shower with hot water. Thank you very much for all your help.

    Diagnosed and Replaced Modulating Gas Valve

    Very happy and grateful for the service that Jason provided on March 20, 2020. He is a gem. He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend this company.

    Disgnosed and replaced the circuit board during

    On Mar 16 2020 my furnace stopped working. I had 3 separste opinions / and estimates to repair the circuit board. Jason came on time provided best estimate and completed work quickly wearing his Convid 19 mask to protect us. Very proffessional, very caring, honest and saved us some money. Strongly recommend them over the other big names i had estimates from.
