Quarts counter
There was a mix up on who pays for different services. Nothing was written down about moving an electrical outlet and removing existing counters. The salesman was insisting he was not told about it but he was informed in the showroom. It took 5 days to get everything done but they look beautiful. The installers were top notch. Very personable and definitely an expert in their craft. Special thank you for Brandon, Mitchell, David, Sam and Kevin.

Granite Installation
We are extremely satisfied with Granite Guys. Everyone that we dealt with at the company was professional, efficient and meticulous. We dealt with Felipe and Rob in sales who gave us a great quote. Neil, came to our home to do all of the measurements and gave us advice on what design might be best for the product (and considered structural soundness). The installers, Mitchell, Darcy and David were conscientious and skilled at their work. It was a great experience with Granite Guys and our kitchen looks fantastic!

Kitchen Renovation
Brandon and Andres were very conscientious of their environment and their work. Extremely polite. They cleaned up the area after they finished and double and triple checked the job Highly recommend them

Quartz Kitchen Countertops
Great experience. Lauren at the showroom was very helpful and our two installers (Andres and Sam) did a great job. Would definitely work with this company again.

Stellar Kichen Reno Experience
After our initial consultation, we felt that we wanted to go with Granite Guys. Robs experience and answers to our questions gave us confidence. The work was scheduled and installation happened in the time we agreed upon. There was a slight one-week delay in the backsplash installation, but if it werent for that the project would have been finished in 3 days, which is impressive. The countertop installers (Mitchell and Darcy), tilers (apologies I dont have their names) , plumber (Ethan), and electrician (Alvaro) were all professional, skilled, and did a great job.

Kitchen and bathroom countertops
Everyone was super personable and the kitchen counter is exactly what I wanted. Both the installers and in-store employees were super nice. However, I was not present on install day and when I arrived home I noticed the one bathroom vanity (I had two installed) was not the same counter I had chosen. But instead, it was the same stone as my other bathroom. So it appears they used only one remnant piece to cut out both bathroom countertops, but I had chosen, and paid, for two different ones. When I spoke to the granite guys about this, they told me I was wrong and that they were different and that there were no gold veins seen because of where my sink was on the piece. But honestly, theres zero way this is the right counter as theres zero gold anywhere on the entire counter and I dont believe the small sink area wouldve been the only place the vein was. There should be a hint of gold somewhere else. So Im disappointed. Even if they did make the mistake and didnt want to uninstall it I wouldve been happy to at least be compensated for the error instead of telling me Im wrong. Ive put pictures in so you can be the judge on whether the two bathroom vanities are identical to you as well. The photo of the vanity with black faucet is suppose to be the one with gold veins.

Dektor Kitchen Counter Top Project

Both installers were extremely knowledgeable about installing the product and making critical adjustments to measurement irregularities. Cut our granite to fit our new stove
Very professional efficient and they cleaned as they went. Didnt leave any mess. Pleasure to have in my home.
