Excellent quality and service. Did not disappoint!
A friend of us recommended Granite Guys to us. It was an all around great experience. Our salesman Robert was great - professional, knowledgeable, courteous and capable. Delivery went sooner than expected. Fernando the templater was great. Brandon and Andres, the installers were amazing. Everyone showed up on time, they did a great job, and the counters look beautiful. All reasonably priced compared to 3 other quites we got. Highly recommended!

Kitchen Renovation
We worked with Granite Guys in our kitchen renovation earlier this year and every aspect of our design to installation was fantastic. Rob was so helpful in choosing our countertops and working with us to ensure everything came together beautifully. They were so helpful when it came to cutting the stone for our island and laying out the template so I could see it before it was cut. Kevin and Sam installed our countertops and did a great job. They were so polite and helpful answering all my questions. They left our kitchen spotless and the countertops gleaming. I would recommend Granite Guys without hesitation.

Granite installation
We are supremely happy with the product, price and service we received from The Granite Guys. Brandon and Andres were the installers. They were on time, very respectful and did a superb job. Their warm and friendly attitudes were greatly appreciated and they seemed to be having a great time. We would definitely recommend The Granite Guys to anyone!

Kitchen renovations
We had the fellas at the Granite Guys install new quartz countertops in our home. Brandon and Andres did a fabulous job. They both were extremely efficient and professional. We particularly loved the respect and fun they had with each other which truly showed they loved their job. Thanks so much guys. Glenn and Sandy Hamilton (They also left the job site extremely clean. Much appreciated)

Bathroom Vanity
I cannot say enough good things about the GG. From start to finish, they were helpful, efficient and professional. Tammy (Sales), Brandon and Andres (Installation) were fantastic!!! The installation team were actually amazing, I was so impressed with their professionalism. The beautiful stone and smooth process aside, the thing about GG that stands out the most is how genuine and friendly every person I encountered there is, so happy. Thats not a common thing, but it says a lot about a company.

Granite Countertop
First time customer of Granite Guys. Won't be the last time! Great sales experience by Tammie. Jessi, installation coordinator, was fantastic accommodating last minute change to install date. The magic happened with the installation. Brandon and Andres were the guys that pushed my review to 10/10. These guys were amazing, communicative, professional, tidy and fun! I won't hesitate to recommend Granite Guys to everyone who has the pleasure of seeing my kitchen.

Quartz countertops and granite sink installation
Our son recommended using granite guys. We are very happy with how they conduct their services. Courteous, helpful and accommodating are the attributes consistently demonstrated by all of the staff from our wonderful sales lady to Kevin and Sam the countertop installation technicians. Kevin found some damages in the counters from previous home owners and he was happy to fix them. So thankful for the services provided by Granite Guys.

The Granite Guys -- excellent company
2 years ago, I fell in love with a Silestone quartz for replacing my kitchen and bathroom countertops. It took a lot of research and procrastinating and would involve new backsplash, sinks, faucets, demolition, etc. I didnt know if I was up for the challenge; I didnt know how to make it happen. I went to The Granite Guys and met Rob. He showed me more quartz products and then I asked about demolition, sinks, plumbing, tiles, etc. -- where to go, what to buy??? He very calmly said everything from start to finish can be done through them. I was so relieved -- GREAT, lets do it! I was tired of waiting. Best decision I have made in a long time. It was all done so seamlessly - within a couple of weeks of meeting Rob, it was done! Very well organized. Everyone in each team was so professional, on time, and on schedule, easy to talk to and worked well amongst themselves. The cost was very reasonable. I am so glad I went to The Granite Guys. GREAT JOB EVERYBODY! I love my countertops!

I WOULD NOT USE THEM INVOICE 19435
To the owner of Granite Guys Please contact me in this regard for reimbursement of the overall price. The problems with your installation at our home: 1. None of the parts that were measured and cut did not fit. This means the person responsible for measurement requires training. 2. Your installers are not tradesmen but hacks, even though we are paying rates for tradesmen and skilled workers. These installers are neither. 3. The installer was grinding materials to make them fit almost every piece and doing it in/out of the primary bedroom stinking up our whole house. All of this grinding should have been done outside. 4. The backsplash was ½ inch too short in the ensuite. I sent pictures to show pieces were not flush. 5. The installers do not take pride in their work and overlook quality installation; instead, it's a rushed job. 6. Silione on the floor. 7. Paint was ripped (2-3 inches) in the ensuite because the installers did not remove the silicone before moving/dismantling the backsplash. Now we have to repair and repaint 8. All kinds of dirty black hand prints over freshly painted walls. 9. When installing the faucet, it wasn't possible because the sink was not centered, allowing enough clearance for the faucet to be installed and secured with the nut and two screws. 10. In the second washroom, installed a screw without drilling first, resulting in breaking/cracking the wood cross beam of the cabinet ( hacks) 11. Silcom on all edges of the installed pieces was distributed on the walls above what should be a single bead. 12. I called your office and insisted on having a new person rectify the faucet problem. Your office doesn't call back as they said they would but instead kept making the original installers call ( blocked their number). Awful customer service. I know why I was furious, do you? You did our kitchen perfectlywhat happened to your service?
