Worry Free is a 5 star+ company. Trustworthy, reliable and informative. I hope the City of Ottawa snow clearing division will be more cooperative with Worry Free this coming winter.

Chose this company based on past experiences. Helped with ice buildup at the end of our driveway twice, albeit we were not customers... Choosing Worry Free was a no brainer when came the time to hire a snow removal company.

Have been with Worry Free since 2015 and find their email updates of great help and appreciate the excellent job that is done cleaning our very long walkway, after our large laneway has been cleared. They follow the city plows, so that dump at the end of the lane is gone asap. If you need out for an appointment the next day, give them a call ahead and they will make sure your lane is cleaned in time to get to your appointment. They have provided complimentary cleaning, which is great, as Client Service seems to be two words forgotten by so many companies. They can be asked to come back, after your car is removed from the laneway, and we have never had any damage done to our property. Excellent Service. Recommend them, without reservation.

This is my fourth year with Worry Free and once again glad I made that choice! I truly think they are doing a fantastic job - I particularly enjoy their timely update emails (which you can tell is written by a human being, not some super formal legal jargon template), customer service personnel, friendliness of staff (I occasionally get to speak to the shovelers), and all around snow removal service. A respectable institution and I’m happy I continue to have a good experience with them.

We have used Worry Free for our driveway and walkway snow cleaning for several years and they have always given us excellent service. They are on time, professional and always come back is the snow plow comes by after our driveway cleaning. Their staff is friendly and caring. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I have used WF for several yrs and have 0 regrets. Client communication, driveway and walkway clearing all done to perfection. I also had WF replace my roof a few yrs ago and was exceptionally impressed. I’ve recommended them regularly to friends and neighbours, many of whom also hired them for annual snow clearing and new roofs.

I am so happy my sister recommended them to me a couple years ago! They have been absolutely fantastic and keep working to improve things. They send out a survey each year to see what they can do better and then they actually listen to their customers suggestions. i had been a customer of Worry Free Snow Blowing Inc. since they started as a Lawn maintenance company then branched out to other services such as Snow Removal. I am satisfied with the service in general This year I opted out of the shovel the lane and front steps services because he price is too high . I find that this part of the service is not so efficient and not cost effective. i am a disabled serior citizen and find that the shovellers services is not a reliable option . Overall, I am satisfied with the service they provide. I can recommend this company.

I have been a Worry Free customer for several years. I've always been 100% satisfied with their service. They go above and beyond and have even come to clean the driveway when there has been less than 5 cm of snow. You can count on them to do an awesome job!
