Fantastic service, great quality product and truly an exceptional experience. Very professional and warm service. I unfortunately had a very small window and needed a new BBQ to help with my hosting duties for my nephews bday and engagement party. I was able to get a great product at a fair price and in a very short timeframe and was ultimately able to cook and celebrate with our now extended family. I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend Topfire!!

What a great experience we had dealing with Topfire. James was fabulous explained everything to us showed us different models and explained the difference between them . Gave us great suggestion. He then came out to measure and we ordered a new gas fireplace. Today his crew came to install it. The installation went amazing the crew who did the install were fabulous. Extremely happy with all aspects of this purchase from initial contact to the completed install . Would absolutely recommend Topfire .

I checked the prices at all the big box stores and founf TopFire to be the same or better. The differentiator is in the expertise and service. James provided all the details without bias and highlighted the strengths of each model. Although his wife was due to deliver their first child at any time, him and his father still delivered my Napoleon on the day promised and spent the time to set it up and explain everything. Best place hands down!

A friend of mine recommended Topfire to me as he had a great experience with them when he purchased his barbeque a couple of years ago...and he is right. From placing the order with James to Ron delivering the barbeque to my place, the service was speedy and excellent in every step of the process. Especially when Ron delivered the barbeque to my house, he made every effort to ensure the barbeque is fully ready for a birthday party the next day...he was supposed to just drop it off on the driveway, but he insisted to help me move the heavy barbeque down the stairs to my walkout-basement backyard, tested the burners and gave me great advice about the burn-in and the maintenance going forward. You can tell that they walk the extra miles to make sure your experience with them is great. I highly recommend Topfire.

Bought Napoleon bbq from Topfire on the Friday of long weekend. It was assembled and delivered the next morning. James was great to work with and helped me decide which bbq was best for me. Would highly recommend!!

Ordered a BBQ during COVID-19 from the Aurora store and was amazed on the great service I received from discussing the BBQ I wanted, options available, and timing of delivery. Everything was done in a quick and efficient manner from delivery and setup of my BBQ on my driveway. Very impressed with this company and the fantastic service I received. Can not wait to start the BBQ season. Highly recommended.

Our fan making noise and called Topfire to ask about the.noise. Needed a new fan. James was great and ordered the part and today Jeff came back to install it. Works great now. Service was amazing, quick and efficient. Highly recommend Topfire and their s Brice tech Jeff. E also bout our BBQ ther and again always great service.

I needed my Hampton stove moved so I could install a floor and insulation my basement. I called the company who installed it originally & they didn't want to do it but TOPFIRE was up for the job. Prompt, clean and courteous. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Last year I had a fireplace installed and the workmanship was excellent. This year I had them come back to do a yearly service and once again I was extremely satisfied with their work.
