    Furnace cleaning and inspection, duct cleaning, AC unit maintenance

    I had two different appointments, as AC maintenance is done by different service staff than the furnace and duct cleaning. The furnace cleaning/inspection/duct cleaning team were pleasant, answered all my questions, and went about their work efficiently and quietly. The lead took extra time at the end to show me where my outside intake vent is, and asked if I had any other questions. When they left the vents were literally sparkling, and the furnace was perfectly clean inside and out. It had been quite dusty before due to renovation work done earlier inside the mechanical room. Settling the bill was easy - the extra charges for extra vents were clearly explained as to their locations (I had a lot). I was very happy with this team's work. The AC unit maintenance service was also really great. The service person answered all my questions about the service needed now, the extra costs since my unit was low on refrigerant, and the future service I should do and when. He checked all the necessary readings before and after and told me know what they were. I was very satisfied with this experience as well and felt it was a good investment as I definitely notice a difference in performance of the AC system now. Before it seemed underpowered; now it is good. I don't know what to attribute this to, but there is a pronounced increase in volume of air coming from all the vents now. We have been cold in this condo for the past two winters since we bought this home. I don't think we'll be cold this winter! Very, very pleased. Thank you so much, Acclaimed! I will definitely be using your services again and will recommend you to everyone. A great investment for my condo.

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    We have a very high dryer vent on our roof. Kevin and Ryan did a great job in cleaning it and explaining about maintenance. They even took a picture of the vent before cleaning and warned me of the risks of not cleaning regularly. I will use them again.

    furnace cleaning

    I had three furnaces, multiple ducts, and the dryer vent cleaned by Acclaimed. The technicians were very polite and kept me informed of the progress. I will use Acclaimed again!

    Furnace maintenance

    Quick, informative and professional. Every call made to the company was answered in person to a knowledgeable and kind staff. We were able to book in a short amount of time and when the workers came they were nice and also very professional! We would book them again with no hesitations.

    dryer vent repair/replacement

    We were very satisfied with the friendly service and work quality. The technician was knowledgeable and did relay some good tips and pointers to us, regarding the venting system. The only minor critique would be the cost and calculation of time for the hourly charges.

    furnace cleaning

    Kevin and Ryan did a great job cleaning 2 furnaces, duct work, dryer vents, etc. They were here on time and acted professionally at all times. Would recommend them without hesitation.

    Furnace Cleaning

    Kevin and Ryan cleaned our 2 furnaces today. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. The office staff was also very helpful in booking the appointment and ensuring that things happened when they said they would. I would recommend them again in the future.

    Furnace Cleaning, Chimney Cleaning, etc.

    Kevin and Ryan were very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having them work on our home. They left the house clean and my wife and I happy.

    Home cleaning

    After a few miscommunications and delays, the service was good, the workers (Kevin and Ryan) were knowledgeable and friendly. The invoice was a surprise. It was way more than expected. Although a portable unit is needed for a house, it should not be charge on the same principale of a condo. A house, no matter if a portable unit is required or not, should still be included in your promotions (which I paid almost triple the price - not an impressed costumer for quality vs price). I think the company should review their way of operating for this aspect of their business.

These prices are always discussed with customers on the phone. The requirement of the portable unit changes the scope of work. It requires special pieces of equipment and specialized training on that equipment. We are the only company in the city (as we are aware) that have the capability to do this type of work that traditional HVAC companies can not get to. These types of cleanings also require vastly longer periods of time to do plus far more labour intensive. As you know from another company, that showed up at your home and were not able to do the job, and one of our representatives drove out to your home to verify that this is the case. For these reasons there is no way that we would ever be able to be a viable company nor be able to have professionals on our trucks if we were charging low ball pricing, We are very saddened to hear you are disappointment, although hope this helps you understand our pricing model. It does stink that your home requires this type of equipment, but know until around 3 years ago, no one would have be been able to clean your air ducts. Thanks again for expressing your opinion, conversation are always the best.

    Furnace & duct cleaning

    Kevin & Ryan showed up within the time frame given. They were friendly & took their time to do a very good job. I will be booking them in the future!
