    Honest, Thorough, and Knowledgeable

    Ed performed a preventative maintenance service for our furnace and hot water tank, and we were very pleased with the honest and thorough service provided. Ed was very personable and knowledgeable, and he was willing to explain everything he was testing as he performed the service. We would be pleased to recommend Acclaimed! - especially Ed - to perform any furnace work, and will likely be using this company to install a new humidifier as well.

    Furnace Inspection

    We have used Acclaimed to inspect our two furnaces before the heating season starts for the past 3 years and are no longer looking for anyone else to inspect our residential HVAC equipment. They are extremely thorough, efficient and cost effective. More importantly than those three attributes is they are honest in their advice leaving the consumer to make the choice based on clear information. They are highly recommended.

    Furnace check up

    A very reliable and informative technician, Ed checked over both of my furnaces and replaced any parts that needed replacing. A quick and easy appointment. I would recommend Acclaimed any time.

    Issues repaired quickly

    First day of cold weather and my furnace only blew cold air around. Went on the phone with Acclaimed! and they were extremely friendly when I tried to explain what was going on. They even called me back to try to help me over the phone, unfortunately problem could not be solved that way. When Ed came to my home 2 days later he fixed the problem efficiently and explained everything to me very thoroughly. Thank you! WO# 32819

    Great service right from the start.

    Wanted A.C. so I called Acclaimed right from the start Mallory Caudron was extreamly helpful and set everything up the technicians did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier.

    Furnace PM

    Service Tech "Ed" (Work Order 32395) and performed preventative maintenance on my Trane Furnace. I found Ed to be extremely professional and knowledgeable with respect to my issues. He addressed my concerns. A job well done and extremely reasonable in cost compared to other Furnace Companies used in the past.

    Service of A/C, Furnace and Hot Water Heater

    Just a shout out to Ed who came out and serviced our A/C, Furnace and hot water heater. Ed took the time to give me some pointers on how to operate my humidifier, furnace fan and A/C to optimize heating and cooling in my house. He even took a marker and wrote the winter/summer settings on some of this equipment. He explained what he did comprehensively and promptly cleaned up after completing his service. We will be bringing Acclaimed back for our next required service.

    Furnace Repair w.o.29299

    In January a part on the induction motor on the furnace broke. I had heat but it was very noisy with the broken fan so fortunately I didn't need emergency service. I was still able to get a quick service appointment though. The Service Tech, Ed, got things figured out really quick and was able to have the part ordered in and repaired in only a couple of hours. Acclaimed made good use of other services (like taxi delivery of a key part) for increased efficiency, I appreciate networking like this. While he was waiting for the part to arrive, Ed fixed a small leak in the furnace intake. The owners of Acclaimed live here in west Edmonton and support the local economy. They know the local market well and can work with other local business in providing service.

    Air Conditioning

    We recently had a situation where we needed to get an air conditioning unit installed rather quickly. Keven who is the owner came to check everything out and we had a quote within a few hours. The 2 guys who came out to do the installation were professional and very friendly... they even put up with our annoying dog barking at them all day:). All in all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Acclaimed! to anyone looking for heating, cooling, or furnace cleaning.

    A/C Service

    WO# 31819 Ed came to service my A/C. Although it was an easy fix, he provided a lot of information on maintaining my system and answered all my questions. I am always happy with Acclaimed and continue to use them for all my furnace/a.c needs!
