    Tesco Home Securty Systems

    Had Telsco Home Security System installed in our home. From the moment the Sales Representative came, explained the types of services available, was very knowledgeable. Installation of system was done very efficiently & Installer was very neat & cleaned up. Installer's explanations on how the system worked was easily understood. Liked the system & the service so much that we recommended Telsco to our neighbour who also had the system installed.

    Excellent Customer Service

    We've been TELSCO customer's for 15+ years and as will happen technology ages and needs to be upgraded at times. This was the case earlier in the year and at their recommendation had a new system and keypad installed to insure continued coverage and monitoring. Unfortunately, after the upgrade there was an unexpected issue that while not jeopardizing the system itself did make for a persisting annoyance. Although it took a couple of attempts I can't speak highly enough of TELSCO's commitment to look after their customers and in particular Kristin. She was always very prompt to reply, took our concerns seriously and treated us with the utmost respect & consideration for our time. I can recommend TELSCO with absolutely no hesitation.

    Home Security System

    I found the whole experience seamless. Right from when I got contacted by the Sales Rep to when the job was completed by the Technician at our residence. Good job!

    Telsco Security

    We had Gordon come to our home for a warranty follow up call on one of our devices. I was blown away by the amount of time he took to sit and teach me the system. To show me that the system is capable of so much more than one realizes. He took time to fix additional issues with the system that weren’t even on the service call out. I can see why Gordon is a senior tech with Telsco, he’s very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Telsco should be proud they have someone like Gordon working for them. If you’re thinking of investing in a security system I highly recommend Telsco and make sure you request Gordon as your installer, the man is amazing and the company is great!

    Home Security

    In December 2017, we started looking for another alarm system provider. (We were experiencing continual lack of customer service from our previous provider and felt we were treating like a "number" as opposed to a valued customer of 25+ years). One of the companies we contacted was Telsco. Their representative, Kris Stangeland, came to our home to discuss options. Kris is highly knowledgeable and put together a system that perfectly fits our needs. The two installers, Oleg and Amambeer were professional, cleaned up as they went and after the work was completed, explained how the system worked as well as walked us through the online applications. I have had to contact Telsco a couple of times since install, just for questions, and response times have been same day. (Our previous provider, in a couple of cases, took months to respond to simple inquiries. We have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kris, Oleg, Amambeer and Telsco!

    New Security System

    We have had a security system with a different company for 17 years. we decided to change because we just felt like a customer from afar. We decided to update, and connected with Telsco, a local company. The entire process, from the first phone call, to the salesperson, to the technician, with all the scheduling in between was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and totally what I would expect as a customer.

    Good services

    Best security system. I called telsco and got a quote within a few minutes, affordable price. Technician Aman did installation and training for us. He is very good, enthusiastic and professional.

    Home Security

    We have been satisfied Telsco customers for over 16 years. Recently we had our system upgraded and were pleasantly surprised at the low cost of having this done. More so we were pleased with the helpful and professional way Telsco staff dealt with our request all the way from the sales rep to the scheduler and technician that made it happen. Extra credit to the technician for answering my many questions. We look forward to many more years of excellent service from Telsco.

    Home security for about 11 years

    Telsco is an extremely reliable and economical service based on responsiveness, no alarm is minor to them, they call immediately to see if we are OK and the quality of their service persons if first class. We feel very safe because of that.

    Excellent company

    Telco responded to my request for a quote, met my needs, arrived on time for the install, did it professionally and followed up several times to make sure I was satisfied. So far, I'm very impressed by the company and their service.
